Pros

What I love most is the convenience of having everything in one place. From scheduling and invoicing to client worksheets and action items, it's all there. The billing based on active users ensures that monthly expenses align with the needs of my business. Additionally, the customer service is superb.

Cons

Getting started can be a bit complex (although the tutorials are excellent), and the location of certain features is not always intuitive. Some features are also a bit clunky, such as the inability to manage a client's contact information in the same place as other client details. However, I highly recommend this software and have already suggested it to several people. It would be great if they introduced promo codes as well.
