Appointments sync with each participant’s calendar, while automated reminders help reduce missed sessions. Coaches can also assign worksheets before or after appointments to gather context and encourage follow-through.

Using the platform, one-time sessions and ongoing coaching packages can be billed within the same environment. Invoices may be created as individual charges or set to recur automatically. For convenient online payments, clients can use Stripe, Square, or PayPal, with CoachAccountable adding no extra processing fee.

The platform lets coaches prepare client contracts and service terms as interactive documents with dedicated spaces for initials and signatures. Once issued, each agreement creates a verifiable record of who accepted it and when. This gives coaches a practical way to handle routine paperwork without relying on a separate document-signing service.

Rather than moving group programs to social media, coaches can create a dedicated space for discussion, shared goals, and mutual accountability. Participants may work together through group actions, metrics, files, whiteboards, and projects.
