“Flexible learning”
Pros
There's a lot of flexibility on the learning side, from customizing emails and pages to adjusting branding and other areas.
Cons
learner home still has limited customization and it would be helpful to have a space where clients can promote or market their content.

The reporting upgrades have been a positive change and it's also encouraging to see some useful new enhancements on the way.

“Superb ADP integration”
Pros
The integration with our ADP system has been really valuable and the reporting is something we genuinely appreciate.

“Can assign training directly to end users”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits is being able to assign training directly to end users which makes the whole process much more manageable.

Honestly I can't think of anything I'd want to change at this point.

“Connects with Adobe Connect and ADP”
Pros
Being able to tailor the site experience for different learner groups and control access to materials by group has been a big advantage. The content versioning and reporting tools are also very powerful. On top of that, the integrations with Adobe Connect and ADP have been really valuable for our business.
Cons
One downside is that the interface feels more complicated than it should because it switches between two different experiences: a newer one for simpler tasks and an older, clunkier one for more technical work. It's also frustrating that you can lose progress if you miss a save button placed in an odd location. Documentation for Edge integrations like Adobe Connect could be much stronger and support ticket response times can stretch out to as long as a month. The mobile experience is split too, with one very good app for learning content and another older, less polished app for things like checklists.

“Simple to assign trainings to managers”
Pros
The platform is very user-friendly and assigning training to managers is simple which helps encourage them to actually use it. The learner home is especially user-friendly and simple to navigate.
Cons
Building training can be a bit frustrating at times, depending on what you're trying to set up. I also think the learner home page would make more sense as the default welcome page rather than the current setup.

“Keeps getting better”
Pros
Cornerstone keeps getting better all the time. A new feature shows up, then another and then another which is really exciting to see. At first, I sometimes question the purpose of a new addition but once I try it out, it usually clicks and I end up thinking, "Yes, I can definitely use this."
Cons
At times, the figure-it-out-yourself approach to finding answers can be frustrating.

“Can adjust it according to our needs”
Pros
it can be tailored very well to match our company's specific needs.
Cons
Support from the help desk has been the frustrating part. It has been getting better but there are still times when it would be much simpler to call someone and explain the issue instead of typing everything into a ticket and then waiting weeks to hear back.

“amazing for training remote team”
Pros
Cornerstone's Learn app has been a really helpful way to roll out training to our remote sales team. The interface looks polished, the navigation is simple and it's simple to get people where they need to go. On top of that, the backend support Cornerstone provides has been excellent for our team.
Cons
I'd love to see a few more mobile app features added especially the ability to favorite trainings and take quizzes directly in the app. It would also be helpful if archived trainings could be viewed from the mobile application.

“Powerful machine learning tools”
Pros
The machine learning capabilities are a real highlight and the platform is very user-friendly overall. I also really appreciate how knowledgeable the Alight implementation team was about the product which made the process much better.
Cons
certifications can't be managed through the tool directly within an HRIS system. The security settings have also been difficult to work with and it's taken a few workaround fixes to get things operating the way we need.

“Users pick it up quickly”
Pros
End users pick it up quickly and managers are usually willing to use it since it doesn't take much effort to learn. Once you reach the learner home page, the interface feels very user friendly.
Cons
Reaching the learner home page isn't very simple and it really feels like that should be the default welcome page. Building training courses can also get a bit confusing at times, depending on what you're trying to set up.

“Can deliver learning in a variety of ways”
Pros
The wide range of ways we can deliver learning to both staff and volunteers is fantastic. Since people learn in different ways, having multiple delivery options really helps us reach a variety of learning styles.
Cons
There are times when loading content feels a bit labor-intensive and the different ways to access various areas can make administration somewhat tricky. It often means having to remember exactly where to go in the system to complete specific tasks.

“Excellent guidance from the team”
Pros
Working with Cornerstone has been simple and the staff really knows their stuff. Whenever questions come up, their team is able to provide clear answers and helpful guidance.
Cons
One issue for our company is the turnaround time when dealing with GPS since it can slow things down. When we submit tickets and call to give more details about what we need, it can also be challenging to reach the right person for our specific case.

“search results are not precise”
Pros
Cornerstone's reporting tools are highly flexible and powerful making it possible to pull meaningful data that helps support business decisions.
Cons
Search tends to return far too many results even when filters are applied. Catalog Management has a better search experience but that functionality is restricted to admins only.

“Uncomplicated navigation”
Pros
Navigating the platform is very simple and uploading course content from third-party vendors is simple as well. I really appreciate how user-friendly it is overall, along with the flexibility it offers for custom reporting.
Cons
Getting support tickets opened has never been a quick or simple process. It usually takes quite a while to hear back and in some cases it has even taken up to a month. After a ticket is finally submitted, they often ask us to recreate the issue which can be difficult to do at times.

“Steady updates”
Pros
Managing the system is simple and learners can move through it without confusion. Regular enhancements and product updates help keep the Cornerstone platform current and useful.
Cons
The reporting and analytics side still seems to fall behind what the business needs. It would be really helpful to have built-in admin analytics such as completion percentages and similar metrics.
