“Inspiring speakers”
Pros
Jamie Casap was an excellent choice to kick off the conference. He was inspiring, genuinely engaging to listen to and his personal experiences along with his mindset made a real impact. His message gave me a different perspective on how each of us has unique strengths and why it's important to focus on them.
Cons
The toughest part for me was the expo. While it was nice to browse around the vendor areas, it just doesn't compare to being there in person and watching demos of the products that are actually relevant to your specific needs.

“Interactive spaces and friendly reporting”
Pros
We've made really good use of the pages feature, building bright, engaging and informative spaces for everything from onboarding content to wellness resources. The social learning tools have also been a big plus for our team even though we'd still like to put more effort into boosting engagement there. On top of that, the reporting features and overall design feel very user-friendly.
Cons
The post-sales support team assigned to us has been disappointing, as they haven't been as helpful as we expected. We've also run into some technical issues though to be fair, that probably could have happened with any platform. We've heard feedback from users about usability as well especially around registering for a course and joining training sessions since that workflow isn't always user-friendly. In particular, there's an expandable box people have to open to find the join link which can be easy to miss.

“Innovative LMS”
Pros
Compared with several other LMS platforms I've used, Docebo is a much more enjoyable and user-friendly option. They keep improving the product, pay attention to customer input and use that feedback to create a better experience for both admins and learners. The monthly update webinars are really valuable too. Adding the community was a huge plus and honestly a game changer.
Cons
my experience with Account Managers has been annoying. Since starting with Docebo in 2019, I've had around three or four of them and each time it has felt like I've been left hanging. I haven't heard from my current Account Manager since early 2022 unless I was the one reaching out first. I've contacted him a few times for support and did get help on some issues but no one has proactively checked in, scheduled a business review or even asked how things are going. The last email I sent was around June to ask about a notice I received and I never got any response.

“Plenty of resources”
Pros
Its incredible how many resources they give administrators to learn the platform and handle things on their own before needing extra help. Between the Community, Knowledge Base, University and support technicians, there's plenty of guidance available. The community in particular is a fantastic place to connect with other admins and see how different organizations are using the system.
Cons
There are still a few reporting limitations especially around assets. Most of the reporting seems to focus mainly on completions which can feel a bit restrictive.

“Ability to tailor the platform”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages for our organization is how much flexibility Docebo gives us to tailor the platform and shape it into exactly what we need. We're also really impressed with Discover, Coach and Share which feels very forward-thinking and helps connect learners through common interests while creating a stronger learning community. That social side of the platform feels like a major part of where learning is headed.
Cons
There are still a few areas that feel like they could be more fully developed from a product standpoint but Docebo has clearly been putting effort into updates and product improvements. We've already noticed changes that have made the experience better for our users, like the way time zones are now shown on the platform. Since we support a global workforce, having a platform that works inclusively across regions is essential.

“Helpful Google SSO option”
Pros
Having Google SSO available is really helpful since staff can sign in without needing another username or password to remember. On the admin side, setting up new courses, ILTs and e-learning content is also pretty simple.
Cons
Creating ILT courses can feel a bit buggy at times especially when setting up events and sessions. Needing to click through several links just to update a date or time is not very efficient. It would also be much better if Learning Plans supported CSV uploads.

“Rich learning resources”
Pros
Building courses and hosting content is quick and simple, while still delivering a powerful learning experience. On top of that, Docebo University and the user community make the platform even more approachable by offering plenty of helpful learning resources.
Cons
A lot of the page layouts still rely too heavily on knowing HTML and uploading HTML content instead of being created natively inside the platform. It would be much better if the Learn platform included more built-in page features or expanded the page editor tools.

“Supportive onboarding every step”
Pros
Right from the start, the onboarding process felt very guided and well supported. Each week was mapped out in advance and tailored to our specific needs and concerns. Our implementation contact was consistently available and they made sure we always felt supported instead of being left to figure things out on our own.
Cons
In the beginning, the full onboarding process felt a little intimidating especially thinking about how long it might take. I do wish the timeline had been shared before we signed because that would have made the whole process feel much less concerning.

“Best LMS interface around”
Pros
After working with Docebo, Cornerstone, Workday and several other LMS platforms, Docebo stands out as having the best user experience in the market. Its interface is noticeably better than the others and definitely the strongest UI I've used.
Cons
Getting from the purchase stage into implementation was a little bumpy. The ramp-up took longer than we expected because Docebo seemed to oversell what the product could deliver upfront. I suppose that can happen when you're selling what feels like the best LMS out there.

“clean design and convenient access”
Pros
Right away Docebo gives off a polished look and the frontend feels pretty user-friendly for participants to navigate. Being able to connect multiple domains is also a big plus since it improves accessibility for users while making things more convenient on the backend as well.
Cons
There are still a few smaller areas that could be better. For example, the reporting tools aren't especially user-friendly and there's a wide range of options to choose from, not all of which are clearly explained or easy to understand.

“Diverse feature set”
Pros
The platform makes it simple to discover content, coach learners and share knowledge across the team. Navigation feels user-friendly and the feature set is strong overall. The APIs are also a big plus and the help chat has been very useful whenever assistance is needed.

Outlook calendar sync for ILTs doesn't work unless the Outlook Connector integration is set up.

“Powerful learning suite”
Pros
From my perspective, this is one of the strongest options for an integrated learning suite. It includes social learning features and even cloud-based gamified auctions. The configuration engine is powerful and lets users build audience-specific pages which helps launch learning programs faster and in a more efficient way. It also allows users to sell online courses to multiple external audiences through a single learning management system making it a solid solution for supporting customers through every stage of their lifecycle while also offering strong partner channel capabilities.
Cons
The setup cost is fairly expensive which can be a hurdle for new users. I also think there should be at least a three-day free trial so people can get a feel for the software before deciding to buy it. Another issue is that the switch user interface becomes somewhat slow once activated. Other than that, I really have not run into any major problems with the software.

“Ben changed our minds”
Pros
Ben Breaux, our Account Manager at Docebo, has played a huge role in helping us decide between the Docebo Premium Unlimited subscription and LinkedIn Learning Unlimited. He's taken the time to meet with us, answer every question we've had, reply quickly over email, gather all the information we asked for, provide several quotes and come up with solutions whenever issues came up. We were actually very close to choosing another vendor at one stage but the way Ben supported us throughout the process completely shifted our decision.
Cons
We haven't run into any problems with our Account Manager.

“Versatile platform with standout support”
Pros
It has been a versatile, polished platform that our members can use without much trouble. They really appreciate how user-friendly everything feels and how simple the functionality is to navigate. On our side, it's also very convenient to put together a quick online CE course especially since the main courses we run through Docebo aren't traditional ones. A few people on your team made a huge difference in getting everything launched in a way that truly worked for our needs. Katie McDermott put in an incredible amount of effort to help us get set up and I'm extremely grateful for her knowledge and support. More recently, Ben Breaux spent time with me and a coworker troubleshooting errors we were running into. A lot of times when we ask for help, we're just sent documentation and expected to figure it out ourselves which usually doesn't fit because we use the system in a way that's outside the standard setup. Having Ben meet with us directly on Zoom and watch the issue happen in real time was incredibly valuable and honestly made me feel proud to be a customer. I'm very thankful for his help.
Cons
One ongoing frustration has been the changes to how support is handled. We used to have a dedicated staff member who checked in with us three times a year and that level of support just isn't there anymore. Now we're usually told to contact the help desk first and that process can take a long time. The people trying to assist often don't fully understand our situation because the way we use the system is different from the usual standard practice. This recent experience with Ben B was the first time in quite a while that I felt like we were receiving truly strong support from Docebo. It was also very frustrating when Docebo stopped supporting the plug-in we rely on to connect our WordPress website and member user accounts with their Docebo accounts.

“A flexible learning management system with an intuitive user interface (UI) and helpful customer service.”
Pros
Would want to have the ability to move reporting, survey, and rating/commenting functions. More powerful and configurable reports would be nice. For many courses, we must be able to submit pre- and post-course questionnaires. We also require the capacity to track course ratings and receive notifications when one of our users leaves a comment. Sometimes, our platform can be sluggish. In terms of functionality, there are a few minor "wants," but altogether, it is extremely strong.
Cons
Updates and fresh launches of products dont always go smoothly. Better information sharing on minor system patches would have been appreciated as well. Aside from that, I couldnt be happier with the results. However, the security does not let us confine ourselves to merely the feature of allowing our customers to submit material. We would very much want to be able to do so. In addition to this, we would like for them to be able to develop their own individual learning programs.

“central hub for certifications”
Pros
Managing on-demand education for our college members has been much more organized with Docebo. It's become the main place where members keep up with their certifications, instead of everyone tracking everything on their own like before. That change has really organized our processes and made administration far more efficient.
Cons
A few of our users have mentioned that the system feels unfamiliar at first and some have had trouble finding their way around it. We've also run into challenges when it comes to grading assignments that were submitted through uploads.

“Meets our needs”
Pros
After a long and detailed procurement process, it became clear that it was the only platform that truly matched our business needs. We needed a solution that could handle different audiences with customized login pages through Salesforce integration, along with solid course, learning plan and certification functionality, plus a central repository to keep content organized and manageable. Docebo delivered on all of that. The platform is incredibly flexible and advanced and we still feel like we've only explored a fraction of what it can do. On top of that, the self-service resources are extensive and the customer support team is quick to respond. I would absolutely recommend it.
Cons
This isn't really a complaint but compared with other LMS platforms we evaluated, any organization using Docebo will benefit from having a dedicated LMS administrator who has at least some HTML/CSS knowledge. There's definitely a lot to learn with the system although that learning curve is also part of why it's such a powerful tool.
