“all learning in one place”
Pros
Having both e-learning and instructor-led training together in one platform makes it simpler for staff to take part in the development opportunities available to them.
Cons
It's not flawless and there are still a few frustrating limitations. Hopefully, future updates will address things like being able to retake the same course twice or include optional courses within a learning plan.

“Helps us grow”
Pros
Over the past three years, we've made a lot of progress with Docebo. It gives us a flexible platform to deliver different kinds of learning content to our customers in a very organized way. The system is user-friendly, isn't held back by user sync limitations and gives us the room to keep growing and expanding our offerings as we bring new brands into our portfolio.
Cons
About the only drawback that comes to mind is the limited functionality available to Power Users although that's something they're already working on. Other than that, I'd also love the option to re-enroll someone in the same course as a brand-new enrollment for trainings that need to happen again, like annual compliance courses so they can receive a new completion date as well.

“Strong course management features”
Pros
Compared with other LMS platforms I've worked with, Docebo stands out as one of the better overall choices. The course management tools are solid and I'm also a big fan of the Discover, Coach and Share add-on.
Cons
That said the Power User profile options feel fairly limited. The built-in reporting could definitely use improvement and as our industry continues moving toward xAPI, I'd really like to see more detailed reporting capabilities. Support has also been hit or miss whenever I've contacted the help desk.

“Userfriendly backend”
Pros
It feels like a powerful platform packed with many of the features most teams actually use and need. Their active user licensing model is better than what I've seen from competing products. The user screens are simple to build and customize and putting courses together and assigning them to learning plans is very simple. Overall the backend is one of the more user-friendly systems I've worked with. It also takes very little effort to get everything configured and launch a fully functional site within just a few hours.
Cons
At the same time, the design and engineering teams don't always seem to account for the most common real-world use cases when they release new features. New functionality often arrives with bugs or feels only partially complete, like it's missing part of what's needed to be truly useful. It's also difficult to have any real influence on the product direction and they don't seem very responsive when customers raise needs or share practical use cases.

“Simple to put together courses”
Pros
Putting courses together and handling users is pretty simple. There are several ways to configure the platform around different user groups which makes it very adaptable. Overall it's a solid LMS that includes most of the features you'd expect. The custom landing page and channels tools are especially helpful when you're using the LMS for more than standard training scenarios. The help docs are well done and the support team has been excellent too.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. It would also be better if the channels feature didn't come at an extra cost. A few additional layout choices in course management would be a nice improvement as well.

“excellent onboarding”
Pros
Right from the onboarding stage, Docebo was outstanding. We spent time researching and comparing several other platforms before making a decision and Docebo turned out to be the most complete and customizable option by far.
Cons
I honestly don't have anything negative to say about Docebo.

“Unique LMS Platform”
Pros
Docebo's high level of customization and plethora of features have allowed us to create exceptional learning experiences. The support from the Docebo team has been prompt and helpful in resolving any queries.
Cons
Customizability of menus and the overall design of the learning management system were aspects I found lacking. The platform often felt rigid and limiting when implementing changes and enhancing user-friendliness. Additionally, the user interface seemed outdated compared to competitors.

“effortless learning from anywhere”
Pros
Whether I'm on my phone, tablet or computer, I can log in from pretty much anywhere. The platform presents content in several different formats which keeps learning from feeling too one-dimensional. I'm also able to monitor my own progress and join discussions with other learners whenever I want. Another thing I appreciate is that it saves my place so when I come back, I can pick up right where I stopped.
Cons
LMS platforms in general still come across as somewhat outdated and completion rates tend to stay low. The pandemic really highlighted the need for a much bigger shift in how these tools support a modern remote workforce. I'm hopeful that options like Docebo Flow will help move things in that direction. Also, the course/certificate renewal process still isn't as smooth as it should be and that's something we're actively working through with Docebo.

“Keeps everyone involved”
Pros
It's been an excellent platform for keeping both employees and contractors involved, connected and continuously learning from one another. There are tons of ways to organize people through groups, channels and learning plan chats which makes informal learning and knowledge sharing much more effective. The Central Repository is also really helpful since it supports a wide range of learning content. On top of that, the support team has been amazing. I probably reach out in chat more often than I should but every person I've interacted with has been incredibly helpful and supportive. Overall it's generally simple to use.
Cons
One area that falls short is the knowledge base. I always check it before contacting support but it rarely goes into the level of detail I need. It's fine for basic setup and getting started though it doesn't provide enough depth to help with design decisions. I also don't love that when I import External Training, it takes a full day before it appears in reports. Another thing I'd really value is some kind of online conference or community event where people can exchange design and implementation best practices and lessons learned. If something like that already exists, I haven't come across it. When it comes to design and implementation, it often feels like I'm on my own and learning through trial and error. The Skills feature is another limitation since it doesn't include the skills our business needs and we're unable to customize it.

“accessible mobile version”
Pros
The e-learning courses look polished and uploading content doesn't take much effort. The platform feels user-friendly to use and the mobile experience is practical and accessible. We also had an excellent experience with our second Solution Deployment Manager. She delivered outstanding customer service, answered every question we had and made sure we were fully prepared for launch.
Cons
Rather than offering the level of customization we expected, we've had to create workarounds to get the functionality we need. Reporting is below expectations. You also really need a dedicated LMS Admin on your team to manage the platform well. On top of that, we've been having trouble with our Account Manager, she's been hard to reach and hasn't provided any useful post-implementation strategy to help us move forward. After such a positive experience with our second Solution Deployment Manager, the poor customer service since then has been especially disappointing.

“Streamlined our virtual classrooms”
Pros
With so much to manage, we badly needed a solution that could lessen the burden on our team, and Docebo did just that! First, the admin team can only enable the features they need and keep the clutter to a minimum. Everything is done correctly, from tying in virtual classes to other software to system integration. Lastly, an excellent team that responds quickly.
Cons
Significant updates are undoubtedly communicated clearly, but leave the minor ones unattended. They keep it up to date, but the small changes that affect how we work always surprise us. Also, there isnt the Salesforce integration we need, but unless its a strict must, I dont see that as a reason to stop using this product.

“An LMS with almost infinite possibilities”
Pros
Their comprehensive features make teaching and learning specific content a breeze. The constant development ensures the software keeps getting better. The reporting capabilities are especially impressive.
Cons
Due to the wide range of features, it takes time to become familiar with all functions. Sometimes it seems that developing new features takes precedence over improving existing ones, even though there is considerable demand for enhancements. While the requests are not ignored, development cycles can be prolonged.
