“Efficient support and useful updates”
Pros
Whenever I need help, their team is there to support my day-to-day requests with patience and professionalism. They also share plenty of ideas and inspiration that help me keep improving over time. The monthly updates are especially valuable for staying connected and keeping up with the operational flow.
Cons
At times, the platform feels a bit restrictive when it comes to graphics, color options and the overall level of customization available.

“Genuinely amazing team”
Pros
Their customer support has been amazing, always quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever needed.
Cons
The reporting tools could definitely be better and the views could use some work too. At times, it feels like I have to search for information in multiple places when it would be much more convenient to toggle the data I want to see all in one view.

“Awesome reporting tools”
Pros
From the start, Docebo felt like a very powerful LMS platform. It gives you a lot of flexibility to build and tailor learning paths, courses and even the landing page to fit your needs. The reporting tools are also very useful for pulling data, measuring learner understanding and collecting feedback.
Cons
Even with all the customization it offers some of the limits around reporting and notifications have been disappointing.

“Plenty of customization options”
Pros
The customization features are really powerful and the gamification tools and course options give you a lot to work with.
Cons
The interface feels a little old-fashioned and could be updated to be more user-friendly. Since the platform is fairly complex, there's definitely a learning curve and you need to understand what you're doing. I also wish it included a built-in course authoring tool similar to Articulate Rise since we currently need a separate tool to create SCORM files.

“collaborative and forward-looking”

Working with it has been very simple and the collaborative aspects really stand out. It feels modern and built with the future in mind.

“Great ease of use”
Pros
Docebo has been very user friendly which makes it pleasant to work with and simple to navigate.
Cons
I'd really like access to a phone number so I can call and speak directly with a help desk representative instead of submitting a support request and waiting for an email reply.

“Works well across devices”
Pros
Across both laptop and mobile, the learner experience is very good and the platform can be customized nicely to match our branding.
Cons
On the admin side, there are quite a few limitations, like not being able to deactivate an outdated course. On top of that, the vendor's support does not help with configuration even when we're willing to pay for it as a service.

“Support has fallen apart”
Pros
We switched to Docebo in 2019 and that part of the experience was really positive. Coach and Share has been the standout feature for us and honestly it's the main reason we're still staying with Docebo at this point.
Cons
Ever since the company went public, support has become terrible. If it's a simple question, they usually reply quickly enough. But when the issue is more complex, getting an answer feels nearly impossible. Every client is assigned a Customer Experience Manager who is supposed to advocate for us internally. Our first manager stayed with us through most of our first year and was excellent. Since then, we've gone through three more. At times, the only way we've been able to get someone to respond to emails has been by escalating things to a vice president. The company keeps saying it is improving the platform but a lot of these so-called upgrades feel like changes made without much input from actual users. They call them upgrades but they really just feel like changes.

“Integrates with a wide range of platforms”
Pros
Keeping track of certifications, assessments and online course management is something it handles really well and I appreciate how everything is organized through its managed interface. Its integration capabilities are also a big plus since it connects with a wide range of platforms like Google Drive, GoToMeeting, LinkedIn Learning and many others. The overall learning experience on Docebo is effective and the platform makes training accessible in different ways for users across the globe.
Cons
I really haven't run into any issues with Docebo. It feels like a universal solution that works well for different users and is very simple to use.

“Learner-centered and highly adaptable”
Pros
A big strength of Docebo is how strongly it centers the individual learner when building and supporting L&D pathways. Starting from that foundation, we've been able to take advantage of a wide range of flexible customization options to design meaningful, relevant and dynamic UX/UI experiences for many different learner groups across the company, from new hires during onboarding all the way up to senior executives.
Cons
The machine learning side could be stronger if Super Admins had the ability to pre-seed the best-fit models. Notifications and several other core areas, like reporting, assessment history and assessment design, would also benefit from fewer rigid, preset options and more control for Super Admins and the L&D team over the rubrics.

“Easy to understand”
Pros
The platform offers a lot of customization and it's simple to use on a day-to-day basis.
Cons
The weak spot is the reliability of SCORM courses. Users sometimes lose their progress which is frustrating and there should be better guidance on alternative options.

“Timely support”
Pros
Beyond the platform being simple to handle, the thing that really sets Docebo LMS apart is the quality of support they provide when something needs to be resolved. From a functionality standpoint, it checks the boxes you would expect from an LMS but the user experience is where it truly shines. As an LMS admin, that usability and the responsive help from their team make it stand out compared with other systems.
Cons
Our organization is not especially large compared with many of Docebo's other clients so it is worth mentioning that we have still received outstanding, hands-on customer service. That said we understand they cannot instantly deliver features that are very specific to our platform needs and there are two capabilities currently in development that we wish were available sooner. Even with that delay, the LMS is performing extremely well as it is and once those two features are released, it will be even better.

“Lovely widgets”
Pros
The biggest advantages for us have been the widgets, the customization options and how well it connects with other platforms. Their API integrations have been fantastic and the weekly product updates that outline what's coming next make the platform feel like it's continuing to evolve in ways that actually support our needs. The reporting tools have also been excellent, with only one or two missing pieces. The addition of an audit trail is going to be a really valuable improvement as well.
Cons
At the same time, manual tasks inside Docebo can be extremely time-consuming. Assigning a single person a different group of courses outside of a learning plan can take as long as five minutes. There's no simple way to choose one individual and add several courses at once unless you rely on a CSV upload. Because of that, CSV files seem to be the main workaround for a lot of these labor-intensive manual processes. There are also a few small quirks in Docebo, like needing cookies enabled or making sure users are on the correct platform. In our case, those little nuances kept piling up and led to a large number of completion tracking record issues because of them.

“Flexible multitenant LMS”
Pros
It works really well for us as a customizable multi-tenant LMS for customers, partners and internal employees. The platform makes it simple to build and tailor our courses, while also handling enrollments and tracking course completion without hassle.
Cons
The front-end experience depends a lot on the effort you invest. If you want users to see a polished, specific interface, you need to spend the time planning and designing that experience properly.

“supports different audiences”
Pros
It gives us a lot of flexibility to support different audiences while still sharing content across multiple subdomains and it lets us create learning experiences that feel tailored to each group.

“customized pages for different people”
Pros
One of the biggest wins with Docebo has been how well it connects with GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar especially for instructors who need automated attendance reporting. On top of that, being able to add our own CSS and HTML has given us the flexibility to create interactive, customized pages for different audiences.
Cons
The reporting side still feels limited, both for basic details and more advanced insights. A few admin pages also miss search and sorting options which makes managing things more complex than it should be.

“Ideal for our internal onboarding, training”
Pros
It has been a really strong fit for our internal onboarding, training and knowledge base needs. Creating branches and groups is simple and that works especially well with our flat organizational structure. The interface is also quite customizable through HTML and widgets which gives us a lot of flexibility and useful segmentation options.
Cons
Docebo seems to be built more for formal learning paths. Since we use it for less structured internal employee training and development, we don't get as many analytics and reporting options as we would like.

“Terrible Experience”
Pros
Unfortunately, Docebo did not live up to its promises of having a wide range of features.
Cons
My experience with Docebo was disappointing. Promised features were absent, and customer service was unresponsive. After encountering major limitations, such as insufficient video size, we canceled within a week. Subsequent attempts to regain our business through legal means after breaching their own agreement only exacerbated the situation. My advice is to steer clear.
