“Clients love it”
Pros
Our clients consistently compliment how our courses appear on the website and the overall user experience has been excellent. One of the biggest strengths is how much control we have over the look and feel which makes it possible to truly tailor the platform to our brand. The hosting has also been incredibly reliable and that matters a lot because we promise our clients constant availability and Docebo has delivered on that. The Notifications feature works really well as a communication tool, helping us keep clients informed about new offerings and updates. On top of that, the customer service team has been outstanding and it's clear they genuinely care about both the product and the company.
Cons
Since we tend to push reporting and analytics pretty hard, this is one area where there's still room for improvement. The reporting tools could offer more ways to pull out the key client data stored in the system which would help us analyze it better, view it in more useful ways and respond more effectively.

“better UX”
Pros
Creating clean-looking pages has been a big plus and it lets me build a much better UI/UX experience for our users.
Cons
The chat tool really needs to be reworked because there's no pop-out option and it takes up about a third of the screen across every Docebo window I have open. There are also a few frustrating gaps, like no search function for catalogs and no safeguard to save your work if you accidentally click away from a pop-out sidebar content editor.

“My favorite LMS”
Pros
From day one, the platform has felt simple, clean and user-friendly to use. Admin tasks are simple and whenever questions or issues come up, the help desk responds quickly. The customer service specialist and manager have also been consistently friendly, helpful and supportive. It comes with a wide range of features and overall, it has been the best and most preferred LMS I've used so far.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any major complaints about the LMS. The only thing I would mention is the change to the minimum user package since the previous package structure felt more flexible.

“Instant solutions”
Pros
Since we started using it back in 2018, the Help Desk experience has improved a lot. When I reach out through support chat, I can usually get to a solution in minutes instead of waiting days. It's also been nice to see Docebo put effort into making the ILT/Classroom/Webinar setup and tracking process more organized. The upgraded reporting has also made things much easier for admins.
Cons
There's still room to improve the ILT experience so it stays as trackable and admin-friendly as possible. I understand the reason behind the recent updates but they've added a couple of extra steps for admins. For example, attendees now have to be tracked in both Sessions and Enrollments. It used to feel more efficient when sessions and enrollments were managed under one tab. Now we have to enroll people in both places and mark them complete in both as well. It's also possible that I may not be using it the right way.

“Organized courses”
Pros
From the admin side, course organization is laid out really well and the tabbed design makes everything quick to access. On the learner side, navigation feels simple whether you're using thumbnails or page views. The custom page feature is also a big plus since it lets designers create a more engaging interface that keeps the focus on getting to the training instead of making learners spend time navigating or searching.
Cons
A few integrations still feel a bit buggy especially Zoom and Salesforce.

“Awesome customer care”
Pros
Enrollment, tracking and reporting are all very simple to manage. On top of that, the customer service has been awesome whenever I've needed help.
Cons
The page and menu design side of the platform is less user-friendly especially for someone without a graphic design background trying to build a strong user experience.

“Consistently helpful team”
Pros
This platform itself works really well and the team is always ready to help whenever an issue comes up. It's simple to use for both administrators and end users which makes day-to-day work much easier. They also roll out updates and new features regularly and that's a real plus since the IT world is always evolving. Recently, one page was changed and because of the new layout, our power users accidentally enrolled a huge number of people instead of just one without noticing. We then had to cancel all those enrollments to restore everything back to normal which was definitely a downside. Still, once we met with the Docebo staff and asked whether the layout could be adjusted a bit, they made the change quickly. Since then, it has been working perfectly.
Cons
A few layout changes, while probably beneficial for the platform overall, ended up causing some confusion and issues for our staff.

“Scales well”
Pros
After using it in both a corporate setting and now at a state university, one thing that really stands out is how well the platform scales. It works just as well for building detailed, powerful courses as it does for simply uploading a how-to document which makes things very user-friendly from an administrator's perspective. On the learner side, access is simple and navigation is user-friendly which is a big advantage. The level of customization is also a strong point and makes the platform adaptable across different industries.
Cons
As an end user in my current role, the one thing I would change is how the search results are displayed. Right now, searches can return individual pieces of content all on one page which can make a course feel scattered in the results. For instance, instead of seeing a top-level course appear first with related content organized underneath it, the results show separate pieces on their own. A more dynamic search experience like that would feel much more user-friendly and would be especially helpful for people who are newer to using Docebo.

“Works well for internal corporate training and external customer education”
Pros
Extremely flexible system. There are tons of customization options so you can really tailor it to fit your specific use case. It also works well for both internal corporate training, like teaching support agents different parts of the product and external customer education with quizzes and badges. We're using it successfully for both purposes.
Cons
That same level of complexity can also be a downside because there are just so many options to work through. The UI can be a bit buggy or slow at times too. Everything does function but certain tasks can take longer than they should. For example, when we needed to update a large number of videos, we had to open and edit each one individually which made the process pretty slow.

“Solid knowledge base”
Pros
Using it feels very user-friendly and the knowledge base is solid, with helpful support available when needed. They keep rolling out new features and platform updates and we've continued adopting those changes to make our processes better.
Cons
One area that could be better is communication around planned updates and the status of ideas submitted through the ideas portal. It's nice to have a place to share suggestions but we rarely get any follow-up or visibility into what's happening with those ideas.

“I like the reporting tools”
Pros
The reporting features are really helpful and having the ability to make edits is a plus.
Cons
There are still quite a few areas that could be improved though I think a lot of that comes down to how Docebo is configured and managed on a day-to-day basis.

“Hassle-free eCommerce integration”
Pros
Customized pages and menus are a big plus and the catalog has a modern, polished look. The eCommerce integration has been hassle-free, reporting and dashboards are much better and learning plans are simple to manage. The interface feels very user-friendly so both admins and users can move through the system without any trouble. I also appreciate being able to automate different notifications just by toggling a setting. On top of that, Docebo's technical support has been quick and responsive and the chat support with an expert is especially useful when something needs immediate attention.
Cons
A few areas still need improvement. It would be helpful to download survey learning object responses from multiple courses into one report since that option is currently available even when the survey is included in CLOR. The restriction on how many branches can be assigned to a menu should also be removed. SCORM versioning could be stronger as well especially with an option to view both the previous and current uploaded versions. Survey creation is another part that could be more efficient because right now it is not very administrator-friendly when creating surveys and assigning them to courses. The survey layout and alignment also do not look as polished as they could so that presentation could definitely be improved.

“Minimal learning curve”
Pros
Switching to Docebo let us make a real leap forward in our training program, replacing PPT-based sessions with a modern e-learning platform. On the admin side, the setup is simple and the learning curve is quick. The interface works well and there's a solid level of customization available so it can reflect your company's brand identity. Managing learning plans and courses also makes it possible to deliver specific content to different learner groups, whether that's employees, partners or customers.
Cons
At this point, there really aren't any specific downsides worth mentioning. I've only had a few minor development suggestions and I was able to submit them through the convenient "browse and submit ideas" page right inside the application. That process works very well because after sending in an idea, you get updates on comments from other users as well as its progress in the development pipeline.

“Positive feedback from people”
Pros
Reporting was a major pain point for us with our previous LMS. Managers couldn't easily check their team's activity especially beyond direct reports and pulling Learning Plan reports was frustrating and time-consuming. Docebo fixed that in a big way. With My Teams, managers can quickly see activity across their full hierarchy, not just one level down. Power User access also lets them build and manage custom reports and running reports for multiple courses at the same time is much more simple. The interface is very user-friendly and we got positive feedback right after launch because people found it simple to navigate.
Cons
At times, setting things up can take quite a few clicks although that seems to come with the added flexibility and customization compared to other systems. One missing piece for us is the lack of built-in Analytics and we still haven't found a good substitute for that. The way multi-day webinar calendar holds function was also different from what we expected.

“Resources can be reused”
Pros
The platform supports efficient course building. The central repository and question bank are especially useful because resources only need to be created once and then they can be reused whenever needed through those centralized tools. The channel-based layout for course collections is also clean and practical which makes things clearer and more convenient for customers. On top of that, the library of included courses has been very valuable and saved us a lot of time and the option to import SCORM courses from other organizations means we do not have to build everything from the ground up.
Cons
Honestly there is not much to complain about. It is a feature-rich platform so naturally it takes some time to learn and roll out properly. That said if the transition is handled with a solid plan and the system is learned step by step based on what the plan requires, it is very possible to meet or even beat the expected implementation timeline.

“Centralized solution”
Pros
Having everything in one place has been a big win with Docebo. The platform is simple to navigate and works well across different departments, whether it's HR, IT, sales enablement, product training or others. We handled the implementation ourselves in about three weeks and after that it was fully live and ready for both internal users and customers to start using the content.
Cons
Docebo keeps working on improving the platform. Reporting and notifications still feel a bit behind compared to other areas but their API integrations make it possible to build more customized solutions and get better use out of the data.

“high level of configurability”
Pros
With our organization and learner needs constantly evolving, we need a user and content management system that can keep up with any enablement approach we want to take. Platforms that offer this much flexibility and customization often end up being overly complicated to manage because they need so many controls and layers of support to adapt over time. The biggest advantage with Docebo is that it delivers a high level of configurability and flexibility while still being simple and user-friendly to administer.
Cons
Sometimes, the support ticket process can take longer than expected. I understand they're supporting a large customer base but there are moments when resolution times feel a bit too drawn out. That said communication stays consistent during the process so even if it takes some time, you're still kept informed about where things stand.
