“Customizable layout and centralized learning”
Pros
Right away, the interface feels simple to use and I really appreciate how much we can customize both the platform and the layout of learning materials. It's also been very useful for bringing learning content, job resources and even some internal communication into one central place.
Cons
There are still a few features we're looking forward to and once those are added, I think Docebo will be even better.

“Can separate system access for different groups”
Pros
Since rolling out Docebo to our staff and volunteers in April 2020, following a thorough implementation process with support from their team plus our own internal setup and testing, it has worked really well for us. A big advantage is how we can separate system access for different groups across our charity. The branching feature is also very useful because each office can see its own team's progress. On top of that, we're able to assign power users in local offices so they have stronger reporting capabilities without needing full admin access. We're also very happy that Docebo has a detailed roadmap for future improvements and additional products we can choose to add later on.
Cons
At the moment, there isn't a fast content creation and editing tool available.

“Lets us shape the LMS according to our needs”
Pros
Managing administrative tasks through the interface feels very simple and it's easy to navigate. I also really appreciate how much customization is available since it lets us shape the LMS to fit our specific needs.
Cons
Honestly I don't have anything negative to say about the system. On top of that, Docebo does an excellent job of listening to customer feedback and actually making changes based on it. A few things that bothered me early on have already been improved or completely resolved.

“Just what we needed”
Pros
Right from the start, Docebo delivered the kind of responsive online learning experience we needed. We were searching for an LMS that could handle multiple functions and support multiple languages and it checked every box for us. The platform feels secure, offers a high level of configuration and its course management tools are clearly well designed. The reporting features are solid as well. Our implementation moved very quickly and the Docebo team was consistently responsive throughout the process. The ongoing support and client relationship have been excellent too.
Cons
I'd still like to see the external public catalog improved, along with a more user-friendly way to create certificates and reports that look more visually appealing.

“Excellent training during onboarding”
Pros
The onboarding experience has been excellent especially with Docebo Academy/University and the very detailed knowledge base. There's a lot of helpful training material available and it really supports getting up to speed with the platform.
Cons
Beginning with a completely blank setup can feel pretty overwhelming and a little intimidating at first. I wouldn't say that's something I dislike though because the support and training from the Docebo team have been absolutely amazing and make a big difference.

“Creative learning platforms with Docebo”
Pros
Building multiple learning platforms with it has been really helpful and they can be made very creative and engaging for learners. The reporting section is also quite useful.
Cons
The part I don't like is the limitation in reports. There aren't many variables available and having more advanced statistics would make it much more useful.

I really enjoy the Reports and Tracking side especially being able to monitor power users' actions as well.

“No technical knowledge needed”
Pros
One of Docebo's biggest strengths is how polished the LMS experience can look and feel even without much technical knowledge. The platform already looks excellent out of the box and once you add white-labeling and custom branding, it really becomes your own. Even with no web development background at all, I was able to build an impressive eLearning platform that supports thousands of learners every year.
Cons
Our organization has a fairly complex setup, with a large number of external users like customers and a much smaller group of internal users such as employees. Because of the way our external domain is structured some parts of the platform are hard to adapt to what we need. Another major issue has been the lack of proper support for mobile web browsers. We do have a branded mobile app but it still doesn't solve all of the problems our customers face when trying to use the platform on mobile devices. The app has definitely gotten better over time but it still lacks features that really should be included, like downloading certificates and enrolling in webinar courses.

“We use it for employee training”
Pros
Running a small nonprofit with a national footprint, we needed an LMS that could do a lot without demanding a highly technical team and Docebo has delivered exactly that. It gives us the capabilities and flexibility you would expect from a much larger platform while still being very manageable to use. We rely on it for employee training which has been essential with remote work and also for external partners who replicate our work in local communities. The platform is very customizable so we can tailor the look and feel for different user groups and it handles a wide range of shareable content well. Organizing that content is flexible and from the admin side, managing users is also very simple. On top of that, the support team has been responsive and I really appreciate how quickly the product team continues rolling out new features. Having worked with other LMS platforms before, I feel very good about choosing Docebo.
Cons
The one area we have not fully solved yet is e-commerce. Our need is to sell a subscription to the full platform rather than simply sell course catalogs and we have not yet found a workable setup for that within Docebo. Most likely, we will need to bring in professional services at some point to make that happen.

“Diligent team”
Pros
Building a custom platform with Docebo has been really simple and the support team has been fantastic whenever help is needed. I also really enjoy the platform's overall look and feel and the user experience is excellent.

Pros
Our users really enjoy the interface and the social learning tools. On our side, the platform is simple to manage and flexible enough to customize the way we need.

“Convenient onboarding”
Pros
Getting started with Docebo was quick and the onboarding process felt very approachable. It's also highly customizable and the visual interface combined with social integrations helps us do more than just deliver content, it lets us share it and promote it effectively as well.
Cons
It still needs to recognize that it often serves as one piece of a much bigger digital asset management ecosystem so the platform should be able to communicate in real time with enterprise-level DAMs and CMSs. We need stronger access to metadata inside Docebo, along with the ability to collect and send that data back to our DAM. From an admin perspective, better visibility into the larger data set within Docebo would be extremely valuable. We'd also really benefit from bulk uploading for learning assets, tags, images and similar content. On top of that, the AI tagging is capped at 15 tags which is far too limited for our needs. A single white paper on our side can include more than 80 taxonomy terms and keywords so having to add tags manually takes far too much time.

“Powerful API”
Pros
Right from the start, Docebo's support team made the platform much easier to understand and adopt. They were very helpful throughout the learning process. Another big advantage is the extended API which has been extremely valuable for our company. It lets us connect our e-learning data with the rest of our internal systems, build detailed reports, analyze the information properly and make important decisions that ultimately help our customers and partners learn faster.
Cons
The only challenge came during the switch from other course platforms to Docebo since we had to spend time integrating data between both systems. That part took some effort but once everything was in place, it became clear that Docebo was the platform we wanted to keep using long term.

“Easy to move around”
Pros
Our clients really enjoy the overall look and feel of the Docebo platform. It's simple for them to move around, find what they need and access content without confusion. On the admin side, setting up the learning experience is very manageable, whether that means adding users, uploading e-learning materials or pulling reports. The Stripe integration has also been very reliable for selling our subscription plans.
Cons
I'd still like to see a built-in competency management tool so we could create skill development goals for clients to work toward over time.

“Excellent experience for learners”
Pros
Using Docebo has been very simple for both admins and end users and the learner experience really feels unmatched.
