“Easily accessible”
Pros
Its easy to use, quick to access and overall it's been a really useful tool.

“Easy to implement online training program”
Pros
Getting an online training program up and running feels very achievable with Docebo even for companies that don't have much e-learning experience. The platform does a nice job of guiding creators, subject matter experts and learners so the whole process feels simple while still looking polished and professional. It's also very user-friendly without sacrificing functionality and there are plenty of options to tailor the white-label design so it matches your company's branding. On top of that, it connects well with some useful third-party integrations.
Cons
One area where it falls short is content authoring for interactive learning materials. To really unlock the platform's full potential, we've had to rely on external tools like Articulate, iSpring or Captivate. The reporting area could also be better especially when it comes to navigation, customizing column headers and applying filters.

“Improving over time”
Pros
Learning plans, groups and branches do a really good job of automating training assignments. They make it simple to take people with similar roles and give them the same required learning. Our company has a very large branch structure for customers and the platform handles that much better than I expected. One of the biggest positives is how much the product has improved since we first implemented it. At the start, a lot of things did not work especially well for our needs and we ran into plenty of issues tied to system limitations and missing or overlooked features. Over time though, most of those problems have been gradually addressed and that has made the platform work far better for us while saving a lot of time compared with the challenges we dealt with before. It's also helpful that lower-level managers can be given permissions to assign training and review reports for their own teams.
Cons
Reporting is still one of the weaker parts of the system especially when you are dealing with large groups or trying to give report access to individual managers or power users. The very detailed data for things like quizzes and quiz questions is basically not useful because it is not presented in a format that helps much. We also run a lot of live webinar sessions and even though our overall setup works well, we still have to spend hours manually entering and formatting every class since there is no file import or upload option for classes. The automation is decent but it still feels limited in areas like notifications. It does cover the basics in many cases but most of the time it should be viewed as a tool that handles the minimum rather than going much beyond that.

“Feature-packed tool”
Pros
Right away, the wide range of features gave us a ton of flexibility in how we built our education programs. We use the platform to train customers, prospects and employees so being able to manage and control course access so precisely was a huge advantage.
Cons
With so many features packed into each course, it's possible to get a bit lost in the details at times. And when we wanted the platform to have a more premium look and feel, we had to involve our designer to make that happen. If you expect it to look polished straight out of the box, that might be asking a lot.

“Love the Coach & Share module”
Pros
Love the Coach & Share module for crowdsourcing content. Letting learners help curate materials by adding useful "assets" for others to use, while also giving peers the ability to rank that content, really helps reduce the content creation bottleneck that happens when L&D is run by a very small team or even just one person. On top of that, it drives better learner engagement and creates a more valuable overall learning experience.
Cons
It would be really helpful to have tighter integration with Microsoft Teams, along with SharePoint integration so content wouldn't need to be downloaded from the corporate SP server to a local workstation before being uploaded into Docebo. A better method for testing and validating notifications would also be a welcome improvement.

“Best value for money”
Pros
Managing users and uploading training in Docebo has been very simple and the platform is simple to navigate overall. When we compared features against cost, it offered the best value for our nonprofit organization. It gives us access to most of the capabilities you'd expect from much larger learning management systems but at a much lower annual cost.
Cons
As a nonprofit with more than 800 employees, we have a wide range of needs. Docebo covers most of them but the back end can feel a little buggy at times. I also wish there were a way to organize courses based on when users are supposed to complete them. For instance, our supervisors get assigned 20 onboarding courses and there currently isn't a way to separate them by which ones should be taken each week.

“Onboarding went smoothly”
Pros
Compared with other LMS platforms I've used, it really stands out because of its customer service. The onboarding process also went about as well as it possibly could have.
Cons
A few parts of the functionality feel counteruser-friendly. There's also not as much control as there should be over who can view specific individual courses.

“Simple admin tools, weak user view”
Pros
From an administrator's side, Docebo is simple to work with. Setting up users is not hard and the reporting tools are useful and easy to make use of.
Cons
On the user side though, the display could be better. The site is not as user-friendly for our users so it's harder for them to navigate and use comfortably.

“lets me build different learning environments”
Pros
It lets me build separate learning environments for different companies and use cases which has been really useful. On the admin side, the back-end tools make it simple to duplicate coursework and assign training to multiple groups in bulk, saving a lot of time.
Cons
The platform can feel a bit buggy at times, with slower buffering and occasional feature glitches. The interface also doesn't feel as modern as some other LMS platforms and while there are tons of options available, managing all the fine details during the initial setup takes a lot of work.

“Multiple options for delivering content”
Pros
I enjoy how many options it gives me for organizing and delivering content to our learners. Learning Plans, Webinars, Courses, Catalogs and similar tools all help me build the kind of learning environment we need for both employees and customers. Being able to brand the platform so it aligns with Centercode's brand guidelines is another big plus. Our brand matters a lot to us so having that level of customization is a huge benefit. I also really like the user dashboards especially from a quick overview perspective. On top of that, my learners appreciate how simple and efficient Docebo is to use.
Cons
From the admin side, Docebo can be difficult to navigate. Having so many options is valuable but it can also feel like there are several different ways to complete the same task and they do not always seem consistent with one another. Assigning courses to branches, groups or individual users is a good example of this. There is not always a clearly defined path that shows what works best or what the most efficient method is. I do appreciate the flexibility available to admins but more built-in guidance around what each feature is meant for would be especially helpful for newer users. I'm also glad Docebo supports VTT files though I would really like to see support for SRT and other closed caption or subtitle formats as well. The certificate template tool could use improvement too. It feels harder to use than it should be and there are no clear instructions for properly formatting a certificate directly inside Docebo. I ended up relying on a help page to understand how to set one up correctly. A better editor with more visual guidance would make a big difference especially if it showed the background image while editing text so I could place everything exactly where it needs to go.

“Works well for different needs”
Pros
It is highly customizable so it can work well for many different kinds of organizations with very different goals and needs.
Cons
The platform gives each organization a lot of freedom when it comes to building the interface and content and that flexibility can be both a benefit and a challenge. In practice, it means your team has to be the main force behind the vision. Docebo's setup support helps with reaching specific goals but your team still needs to decide what you actually want to build. In our case, we needed more guidance and creative support in imagining what Docebo could really do and how we could make the most of it.

“Support team is always there for me”
Pros
The availability of the support team is impressive. From an administrator's side, the UX feels very user-friendly and the platform is flexible when it comes to configuration. The pages and menus system is well designed, reporting works well and there are plenty of APIs available which gives a lot of options for integrations and customization.
Cons
The weaker areas are the gamification and certification modules. They work but I'd really like both of them to be more detailed and more specific than they currently are.

“Fast support”
Pros
I really appreciate how quickly the customer service team responds. The built-in applications are also user-friendly especially features like notifications, certifications and e-signatures. Another big advantage is the multi-domain setup which makes it possible to create several separate environments within the same LMS.
Cons
Localization tool is useful in theory since you can handle translations yourself but it can be difficult to identify the exact word or phrase you want to translate because the same wording appears across multiple pages. Another frustration is the unannounced updates and setting changes. For example, image dimensions for thumbnails were changed without notice and thumbnails I had uploaded earlier were suddenly no longer displaying properly because they matched the old size requirements. Since the latest update to course management, the advanced search option for course enrollments has also disappeared which means I can no longer filter enrollments by my different branches the way I used to.

Pros
Getting it set up was very simple and the platform works really well with SCORM content. It also feels user-friendly for students which makes the learning experience much better.
