“Docebo LMS for that clean corporate "Facebook/LinkedIn" aesthetic”
Pros
Their SCORM compliance and accurate validations are commendable.
Cons
The minimum user point requirement of 300 users feels steep, especially considering our uncertainty in reaching even 50 users, as educators, our primary audience, are currently occupied.

“World-class training and support”
Pros
Across all three of my projects, the level of thoroughness and attention to detail has been outstanding, both in training and in support. The team has also been incredibly flexible and professional the entire time which has made working with Docebo a really positive experience.
Cons
At this point, I haven't run into anything to be dissatisfied with when it comes to Docebo. Nothing to note here.

“Helps transform ideas into reality”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how well it supports learning and knowledge sharing especially through Coach and Share. Docebo helps turn ideas into something real while giving our employees the support they need for whatever comes next.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints. It's an excellent product.

“Docebo - Great concept! Implementation needs work.”
Pros
Overall, a positive experience for learners, trainers, and admins. The reporting and manager features are particularly effective.
Cons
Despite initially promising functionality, upon closer examination, the system sometimes falls short of expectations, with random bugs cropping up.

“Adaptive platform with constant innovation”
Pros
I really appreciate how adaptable it is and the team keeps rolling out new ideas and improvements instead of letting the platform stay stagnant.
Cons
A limitation is that the system doesn't really let you go "back in time." There also isn't a built-in way to automatically unenroll people from training or items they no longer need.

“Implementation is simple”
Pros
Right from the start, Docebo felt very user friendly which made the implementation process incredibly simple. I was able to roll it out to my staff with little to no training and that made adoption much faster. On top of that, it's also very manageable from the administrative side which has made ongoing use simple.
Cons
The system does have a few quirks here and there but they're usually minor and pretty easy to adapt to over time.

“Easy to operate”
Pros
Docebo really delivers when it comes to the learner experience. The interface looks excellent and the overall presentation for learners is impressive. Our users were able to move over to the LMS without much trouble and the transition felt very simple for them.
Cons
On the admin side though, the back-end interface has some workflow problems especially when dealing with multi-site domains. Managing courses and users in the LMS comes with a pretty steep learning curve. When you're working across multiple tenants and branches, it's also quite easy to accidentally lose track of where users and courses have been placed.

“integrations work well”
Pros
The platform is very flexible and the integrations work really well. It's also simple to set up and simple to use once you get started.
Cons
A few of the admin features can feel a little complex at times although it does get better with each new release.

“No experience required”
Pros
Getting everything up and running was very simple. Even without any prior LMS experience, I was able to set up a complete system with minimal effort. The platform is also very flexible which makes it even more useful.
Cons
There really is not anything major that I dislike. I have noticed a few technical glitches with the new layout but nothing serious enough to cause real problems.

“easy once you get used to it”
Pros
It is user-friendly. There was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning but that's pretty normal with any software. Once I jumped in and explored, it started to make sense quickly.
Cons
The eCommerce functionality is the part that still needs improvement.

“Simple yet efficient”
Pros
Right away, the usability stood out to me. The platform is organized in a way that feels approachable for everyone, no matter their level of readiness. Managing all of my classes is much more practical and I really appreciate the focus on the end-user experience and e-learning. Learning Docebo feels worthwhile because it combines strong functionality and expertise with an user-friendly learner perspective which is not easy to pull off. On top of that, the customer support experience has been excellent. We have regular monthly feedback requests, ticket tracking and meetings which makes us feel well supported and the live support is amazing too.
Cons
The one feature I feel is missing during orientation planning is a training checklist or skills test. I would really like to see that expanded to all users because it is not just a nice extra feature but a very common practice in training and development. The installation process also takes a long time although it does help with device customization in the end. We were also supported by a strategic consultant who was fantastic. Aside from that, there are small bits of information or details here and there that we do not always like.

“Open to feedback”
Pros
Using Docebo has been a really positive experience. The platform is simple to work with, lets us customize pages for different clients and their customer service team is quick to respond. The coach and share module has also been very useful for highlighting our large library of articles. On top of that, they genuinely seem open to feedback and willing to turn client suggestions into actual improvements.
Cons
There's very little to complain about because it's close to perfect for us. The one thing we'd still like to see is a cc option on certain enrollment and course completion emails so branch managers can also get confirmation about their users' activity.

“Appreciate the automation”
Pros
The admin center is simple to work with and I really appreciated the automation you can set up using branching, groups and specific user profile field selections.
Cons
Having to configure every email notification type manually is inconvenient. I understand why it's designed that way for flexibility but in my case it would have been much better to have default messages already in place with a simple checkbox to enable the ones I wanted.

“They listen to customers”
Pros
From an admin perspective, the interface feels very user-friendly and simple to work with. We've been using Docebo for close to four years for both employee training and external learners and it has worked well for both. One thing I really appreciate is how open the company is to customer feedback and you can see that the platform has kept evolving over time to better match user needs. The flexibility of choosing between monthly and annual active user counts is also a big plus for us.
Cons
The one thing I'd still like to see is full desktop functionality carried over to mobile as well especially features like discussion forums and web conferencing.

“clear vision”
Pros
During all of our setup and configuration work, the implementation went really well and turned out to be very successful. Docebo is clearly putting a lot into product innovation. They pay attention and recognize where the platform still has gaps. They also listen to managers. On top of that, they come across as low-risk and have a genuine, motivating long-term vision for how online learning should be built and delivered.
Cons
Outside of our regular weekly meetings, getting in touch with the Customer Service Manager can be difficult. It also feels like the customer success and support teams are stretched too thin which results in slower response times and poor communication around tickets and support requests. At the same time some parts of the platform's interface feel behind. The system is also very limited when it comes to bulk actions and duplication which makes administrative tasks unnecessarily tedious.

“doesnt take much effort”
Pros
Getting started with Docebo doesn't take much effort and learning how to use it is pretty simple. It also gives a lot of flexibility when it comes to customizing pages and presenting materials in a fun, creative way.
Cons
The support desk could definitely be more helpful. At times, responses take far too long when issues come up and system bugs can also take quite a while to get resolved.

“Great for collaboration”
Pros
Right from the visual layout, the platform feels inviting and encourages learners to jump in and start taking courses. It also supports collaboration and social learning really well. On top of that, the multiple user-level options make it possible to empower more people to take an active role in teaching and learning.
Cons
I really haven't run into any issues. They do a very good job of listening to end-user feedback and using it to keep improving the LMS.

“Chat support is unbelievable”
Pros
It stood out as a very powerful platform with a lot of capability, while still delivering an user-friendly learner experience that's hard to achieve. Their customer management has also been excellent, they actively ask for feedback, keep a close eye on tickets and meet with us every month. On top of that, the chat support has been absolutely unbelievable.
Cons
The installation and deployment process took a long time although that did help when it came to customizing the system. We also had a strategic consultant supporting us and she was amazing. Beyond that, there really aren't any small details we dislike.

“supports e-learning effectively”
Pros
the usability stands out. The platform works well for preparing everyone and the end-user view is also very well done. It supports e-learning effectively for all of my students and overall I really love using it.
Cons
The one thing missing during orientation preparation is a checklist or a competency test (such as a compensation test). I'd really like to see that feature added for all users since it's a common practice in training and development and should be included as more than just a basic standard.
