“Robust interface”
Pros
Docebo has offered a powerful yet very user-friendly interface. Its innovation in L&D and social learning really helps make training more engaging and accessible for students even across different platforms. The platform feels extremely powerful in both its capabilities and overall vision, while still delivering an user-friendly learning experience.
Cons
Honestly I haven't run into anything I dislike about the platform. Since implementing it, everything has been working very well.

“Among the best, but not for small organizations”
Pros
Widely regarded as one of the best e-learning platforms for business, Docebo offers excellent customer support, rich features, a vast community, and full SCORM support.
Cons
The inflexibility of the pricing model, with no tiers under 300 users per month, could be prohibitive for small and medium businesses.

“Powerful yet userfriendly”
Pros
It has an impressive mix of powerful capabilities and a clear long-term vision, while still keeping the learner experience user-friendly which is not easy to pull off. We've also really appreciated having a customer success manager who regularly asks for feedback, keeps an eye on support tickets and meets with us every month. On top of that, the chat support has been outstanding.
Cons
The setup and deployment took quite a while although that extra time did help with customizing the system to fit our needs. We also had an implementation consultant supporting us throughout the process and she was fantastic. Aside from that, there are a few minor details we're not too happy with.

“Best in the Business, if You Can Afford It”
Pros
This software offers all the features one could ask for, making it both easy to use and powerful.
Cons
My only gripe is the price; I wish there was a lower tier for those with fewer than 20 active users.

“Forward-thinking platform vision”
Pros
One thing that really stands out about Docebo is how much they keep pushing the product forward with new technology. I appreciate that they actively look to customers for ideas and never treat the platform as if it's already complete. They do a solid job listening to admins and recognizing where the system still falls short. On top of that, they're willing to take risks and seem to have a genuine, inspiring long-term vision for how online learning should be built and delivered.
Cons
A frustrating part is that their customer success and support teams seem stretched too thin so response times can be slow and communication around tickets or issues is sometimes lacking. Some parts of the platform's interface also feel a bit outdated. There's also a major lack of bulk actions and duplication features which makes certain admin tasks more repetitive and time-consuming than they should be.

“Extensive set of features”
Pros
After working with five different learning management systems over the course of my career, Docebo LMS has gone beyond what I expected. I've never used another platform with this much functionality and such a wide range of features. One of the biggest benefits is being able to customize it for each individual client I work with.
Cons
At times, the helpdesk takes a while to respond.

“Convenient mobile app”

“Feels natural”
Pros
Getting started with Docebo felt very natural. Since I was new to the platform, I created a trial account to learn the system without risking any mistakes in our main account. Even with very little guidance, I was able to build new courses and work out how to review results on my own. When I did have a few basic questions, the support I received was excellent and the self-paced lessons were thoughtfully put together. Overall learning a new work-required tool by myself didn't feel overwhelming or stressful at all.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any major complaints. The only thing that was a little difficult while I was learning Docebo was that individual user reports for specific courses felt somewhat hidden especially compared with other statistics that were much more visible right away. That said I've always been able to find what I needed so it feels more like something that will get easier with practice rather than a flaw in Docebo itself. I'm looking forward to exploring more of its features once the prototype I'm building is finished.

“Fast course access”
Pros
Coming from a software training background, I know how quickly users get frustrated when a system takes too many clicks or makes it unclear where to go. Docebo keeps course discovery simple with very few clicks. For most of our employees, it provides quick, simple access to training and some can use it with no instruction at all. Compliance is a major priority at Diamond Healthcare and Docebo makes managing that process feel smooth and efficient.
Cons
This only came up very recently so it honestly was not even on my radar before. Docebo usually does an excellent job of asking for confirmation when you remove someone from a course or enroll them, with plenty of "Are you sure?" prompts built in which I really appreciate. The one spot where that safeguard is missing is in the user list, where accounts can be switched back to Active or set to Deactivated. Another admin accidentally changed more than 2,000 employees back to active and now I have to deactivate them again one by one. That action definitely should have a confirmation message attached to it. Aside from that incident, I would have nothing but positive things to say about Docebo.

“Clear interface that just works”
Pros
it feels very simple. The interface is clean, polished and simple and it takes away a lot of the complexity you usually run into with other LMS platforms.
Cons
The app doesn't fully support all CSS so getting everything right in my original SCORM files can be a bit tricky. That said it hasn't been a major issue for us.

“Rigid platform and terrible support”
Pros
Using this LMS wasn't an enjoyable experience for me.
Cons
It feels very inflexible and building integrations with other tools just isn't possible. On top of that, getting help from anyone at Docebo is nearly impossible. Their customer service has been awful.

Pros
We appreciate Docebo's continuous growth and their partnership approach, which has helped us grow beyond expectations.

“Powerful Technology that Requires Lengthy Implementation”
Pros
The ability to customize homepages, fields, and notifications has been extremely useful. Overall, our users find Docebo very user-friendly. The training opportunities since implementation have been extensive, and the Docebo team has been responsive and friendly.
Cons
Enhanced functionality in reporting, surveys, and course rating/commenting is desired. Customizable and robust reporting, the ability to send pre and post-course surveys for multiple courses, and notification of user comments on courses would significantly improve our experience. However, the response time and occasional platform sluggishness can be frustrating.
