Becoming more of an LXP platform!

Pros

Docebo's ease of management and wide array of features, including gamification, make it accessible even for novice users.

Cons

While I appreciate Docebo, there's room for improvement in creating and importing e-learning courses. An internal authoring tool and partnerships with content providers could elevate Docebo's offerings.

Docebo Review

Pros

The ease of use for learners and admins, coupled with effective implementation strategies, makes Docebo a valuable asset for our company.

Cons

Users need to be aware that they are essentially building their platform with Docebo's guidance. Technical assistance might be necessary for less tech-savvy individuals.

Docebo is great!

Pros

Tracking program success and metrics has never been easier. We are particularly fond of the integration with SalesForce, which streamlines our account provisioning and catalog access based on contacts and purchased products.

Cons

One limitation I have encountered is the inability to re-enroll in previously completed courses to obtain a fresh enrollment and a new certificate of completion.

Excellent LMS for businesses of any size

Pros

I have found the fast implementation and intuitive interface incredibly helpful for getting us started and growing quickly. The ability to white-label the platform is a huge bonus, as it allows us to tailor it exactly to our preferences, making it feel like our own environment rather than a third-party space.

Cons

Some processes in our system can be quite perplexing and require a significant amount of effort, involving numerous clicks and meticulous proofreading to ensure everything functions flawlessly.

Learning Management System That Matches an Array of Business Cases

Pros

Launching the product was a breeze, and managing rulesets within the system is straightforward. It is been relatively smooth sailing overall.

Cons

Areas where our platform could enhance include mass course management and seamless integration of web conferencing. While our system can perform both functions, applying rules on a large scale for mass course management can be challenging. Similarly, requiring an integration per user for web conferencing seems cumbersome; perhaps Docebo could offer an internal web conferencing solution to streamline the process.

Helpful Customer Success Manager

Pros

Docebo has become indispensable for our daily business operations in Marketing & Ecommerce training. Crafting courses and Learning Plans tailored to our needs has been a breeze.

Cons

It would be immensely helpful to have a search function within the Catalogue menu, sparing us the need to sift through over 17 pages of content to find specific items. This enhancement would significantly improve our daily workflow.

Endless Customization

Pros

It perfectly suits our need for a highly customizable platform to create unique learning experiences. Segmenting users for targeted experiences and designing pages and menus has been a breeze.

Cons

One aspect that feels lacking is the absence of an automatic direct calendar invite upon enrollment. Instead, learners receive an enrollment notification with the option to download the calendar invite. This extra step has led to confusion among learners and attendance issues. Streamlining this process would alleviate such challenges.

Unique LMS Platform

Pros

Docebo's high level of customization and plethora of features have allowed us to create exceptional learning experiences. The support from the Docebo team has been prompt and helpful in resolving any queries.

Cons

Customizability of menus and the overall design of the learning management system were aspects I found lacking. The platform often felt rigid and limiting when implementing changes and enhancing user-friendliness. Additionally, the user interface seemed outdated compared to competitors.

Streamlined our virtual classrooms

Pros

With so much to manage, we badly needed a solution that could lessen the burden on our team, and Docebo did just that! First, the admin team can only enable the features they need and keep the clutter to a minimum. Everything is done correctly, from tying in virtual classes to other software to system integration. Lastly, an excellent team that responds quickly.

Cons

Significant updates are undoubtedly communicated clearly, but leave the minor ones unattended. They keep it up to date, but the small changes that affect how we work always surprise us. Also, there isnt the Salesforce integration we need, but unless its a strict must, I dont see that as a reason to stop using this product.

This is the way you should train your employees!!

Pros

The flexibility and ease-of-use of Docebo's learning solution have been invaluable for quick employee training in the Hospitality field.

Cons

My main drawback with Docebo was its pricing, which kept increasing.

An LMS with almost infinite possibilities

Pros

Their comprehensive features make teaching and learning specific content a breeze. The constant development ensures the software keeps getting better. The reporting capabilities are especially impressive.

Cons

Due to the wide range of features, it takes time to become familiar with all functions. Sometimes it seems that developing new features takes precedence over improving existing ones, even though there is considerable demand for enhancements. While the requests are not ignored, development cycles can be prolonged.

A flexible learning management system with an intuitive user interface (UI) and helpful customer service.

Pros

Would want to have the ability to move reporting, survey, and rating/commenting functions. More powerful and configurable reports would be nice. For many courses, we must be able to submit pre- and post-course questionnaires. We also require the capacity to track course ratings and receive notifications when one of our users leaves a comment. Sometimes, our platform can be sluggish. In terms of functionality, there are a few minor "wants," but altogether, it is extremely strong.

Cons

Updates and fresh launches of products dont always go smoothly. Better information sharing on minor system patches would have been appreciated as well. Aside from that, I couldnt be happier with the results. However, the security does not let us confine ourselves to merely the feature of allowing our customers to submit material. We would very much want to be able to do so. In addition to this, we would like for them to be able to develop their own individual learning programs.

One of the best customizable social learning software programs out there!

Pros

Our sales representative did a fantastic job at our initial platform demonstration, and we were really impressed. It has been lovely, definitely something we were looking for all along and appeared to be able to achieve anything. During the free trial, it was so fun to use the platform that we finally decided to buy the full version.

Cons

The ability to include a certificate in an email of congratulations sent to a user when they finish a certification learning plan has an issue. To get the certificate, the user must go back to the last course and download it from a widget under the course. This is done by dragging.
