One limitation I have encountered is the inability to re-enroll in previously completed courses to obtain a fresh enrollment and a new certificate of completion.

I have found the fast implementation and intuitive interface incredibly helpful for getting us started and growing quickly. The ability to white-label the platform is a huge bonus, as it allows us to tailor it exactly to our preferences, making it feel like our own environment rather than a third-party space.

Some processes in our system can be quite perplexing and require a significant amount of effort, involving numerous clicks and meticulous proofreading to ensure everything functions flawlessly.

Launching the product was a breeze, and managing rulesets within the system is straightforward. It is been relatively smooth sailing overall.

Areas where our platform could enhance include mass course management and seamless integration of web conferencing. While our system can perform both functions, applying rules on a large scale for mass course management can be challenging. Similarly, requiring an integration per user for web conferencing seems cumbersome; perhaps Docebo could offer an internal web conferencing solution to streamline the process.

Docebo has become indispensable for our daily business operations in Marketing & Ecommerce training. Crafting courses and Learning Plans tailored to our needs has been a breeze.

It would be immensely helpful to have a search function within the Catalogue menu, sparing us the need to sift through over 17 pages of content to find specific items. This enhancement would significantly improve our daily workflow.

It perfectly suits our need for a highly customizable platform to create unique learning experiences. Segmenting users for targeted experiences and designing pages and menus has been a breeze.

Cons

One aspect that feels lacking is the absence of an automatic direct calendar invite upon enrollment. Instead, learners receive an enrollment notification with the option to download the calendar invite. This extra step has led to confusion among learners and attendance issues. Streamlining this process would alleviate such challenges.

Getting around the system feels very natural whether someone is brand new to it or has been using it for a while. The interface is clean and well structured and the controls are simple enough that it doesn't take much time or effort to learn. On top of that, the support team has been excellent and consistently available whenever we've had questions or needed help.

Cons

The reporting side could definitely be improved so it lines up better with what users expect. It would also be really helpful to have email notifications sent as calendar invites which would make scheduling much more convenient and improve the overall experience.

One thing that already gives me confidence is the monthly meeting with our key account manager, where we can go over important topics together. The support process has been working well, the knowledge database includes helpful videos and the staff comes across as very professional.

At this point, I haven't run into any issues yet since we're only just getting started with the platform.

Its amazing how quickly the support team responds. They take the time to understand and analyze the business case properly and the team genuinely does their best to help with any question that comes up. On top of that, the learning insights you get are really valuable.

There is nothing specific I dislike about Docebo but I do feel it is priced higher than many other LMS options on the market. It may still be worth the cost though in the current market situation that pricing makes the decision harder.

Navigating the platform feels very simple and the interface is user-friendly without sacrificing functionality. It offers a lot of customization options which makes it easier to tailor the experience to different needs. The content management features are powerful and the tracking and reporting tools give a clear view of learner progress. Multi-language support is also a big plus especially for teams working across different regions.

Cons

The integration options could be stronger and there can be a bit of a learning curve for beginners at first. While it allows for plenty of customization, there are still some limitations that can make certain adjustments feel restrictive.

Tools like Customized Reports help optimize each user's learning path and support better outcomes. With that strong educational foundation in place, learners can grow their confidence and apply what they've learned through features such as Discover, Coach & Share, while also being recognized and rewarded for their progress through Leaderboards and the Rewards Store.

Cons

Although Docebo already gives us everything we need and more to run a successful LMS, there are still a few features I wish were more organized so it would take fewer steps to reach the final result. That said Docebo has a customer community where users can submit feature requests and it's fairly common to see those suggestions implemented which shows that customer feedback is genuinely heard.
