Subsequent attempts to regain our business through legal means after breaching their own agreement only exacerbated the situation. My advice is to steer clear.

The ability to customize homepages, fields, and notifications has been extremely useful. Overall, our users find Docebo very user-friendly. The training opportunities since implementation have been extensive, and the Docebo team has been responsive and friendly.

Enhanced functionality in reporting, surveys, and course rating/commenting is desired. Customizable and robust reporting, the ability to send pre and post-course surveys for multiple courses, and notification of user comments on courses would significantly improve our experience. However, the response time and occasional platform sluggishness can be frustrating.
