Docebo's consistent growth and excellent validation tools make it stand out. Startup and implementation were a breeze, thanks to seamless data migration.
Cons
At times, the response time from the technical support team was subpar, and customization options were limited based on organizational roles.

“Docebo is a great LMS for so many industries to fully engage with their users
Pros
it prioritizes the end user, resulting in increased engagement. The variety of add-ins adds significant value to the platform, enhancing Impact Learning.
Cons
There are areas for potential growth within the platform, such as the absence of a gap analysis tool for content. However, Docebo utilizes its community site for users to share ideas and suggestions, which can inform future enhancements.

“Cumbersome, myopic UX and sub-par technical support
Pros
While exploring gamification seems promising, I am disappointed that the demo environment requires external resources for customizations.
Cons
The inability to easily preview the learner experience ranks high on my list of functional limitations.

“Nice LMS
Pros
Our initial demonstration of the platform left us impressed. Working within the free trial was a pleasant experience.
Cons
I found the software to be complicated and expensive. The difficulty in launching the software was evident upon logging in. Compared to our previous experience with a different LMS, self-implementation with Docebo seemed daunting.

“Good LMS, but needs enhancements
Pros
Creating reports with Docebo's reporting feature was straightforward.
Cons
Customer support left much to be desired. Despite providing video recordings and screenshots of issues, responses often requested further information, leading to delays in resolving issues.

“Terrible Experience
Pros
Unfortunately, Docebo did not live up to its promises of having a wide range of features.
Cons
My experience with Docebo was disappointing. Promised features were absent, and customer service was unresponsive. After encountering major limitations, such as insufficient video size, we canceled within a week. Subsequent attempts to regain our business through legal means after breaching their own agreement only exacerbated the situation. My advice is to steer clear.

“Docebo is a cost-effective customizable powerhouse LMS
Pros
Docebo's control and customization options are exceptional. We've tailored it extensively to our needs and appreciate the white-label experience.
Cons
The main drawback with Docebo, for me, is the additional cost associated with modules like social learning and learning insights. Since we didn't initially purchase these, securing separate budget approval is now necessary.

“Docebo LMS for that clean corporate "Facebook/LinkedIn" aesthetic
Pros
Their SCORM compliance and accurate validations are commendable.
Cons
The minimum user point requirement of 300 users feels steep, especially considering our uncertainty in reaching even 50 users, as educators, our primary audience, are currently occupied.

“Among the best, but not for small organizations
Pros
Widely regarded as one of the best e-learning platforms for business, Docebo offers excellent customer support, rich features, a vast community, and full SCORM support.
Cons
The inflexibility of the pricing model, with no tiers under 300 users per month, could be prohibitive for small and medium businesses.

“Best in the Business, if You Can Afford It
Pros
This software offers all the features one could ask for, making it both easy to use and powerful.
Cons
My only gripe is the price; I wish there was a lower tier for those with fewer than 20 active users.

“Very disapointed on the way things are going
Pros
The ease of use and quick implementation make Docebo an excellent choice for smaller businesses.
Cons
Recent years have been disappointing, with poor customer support, major bugs, and increasing prices. Docebo's dwindling customer base makes it difficult for me to recommend to clients.

“Docebo continues to grow and evolve as we do.
Pros
We appreciate Docebo's continuous growth and their partnership approach, which has helped us grow beyond expectations.
Cons
While the software is evolving rapidly, it sometimes feels like new features are rushed rather than fully developed. The product or feature may appear almost complete but may lack the final polish.

“Powerful Technology that Requires Lengthy Implementation
Pros
The ability to customize homepages, fields, and notifications has been extremely useful. Overall, our users find Docebo very user-friendly. The training opportunities since implementation have been extensive, and the Docebo team has been responsive and friendly.
Cons
Enhanced functionality in reporting, surveys, and course rating/commenting is desired. Customizable and robust reporting, the ability to send pre and post-course surveys for multiple courses, and notification of user comments on courses would significantly improve our experience. However, the response time and occasional platform sluggishness can be frustrating.
