“They let us submit ideas”
Pros
Being an admin on Docebo feels refreshingly simple. I've worked across a variety of platforms and this one is easily the most user-friendly while still offering the widest range of options. The customer center is another big plus, I really appreciate being able to submit ideas and actually track which ones are making their way into the product. The built-in video and screen recording tool is also a standout especially for technology training. Overall it delivers everything you'd expect from the major platforms, plus plenty of added benefits that competitors either don't provide or don't handle nearly as well.
Cons
connection between traditional courses and the newer social learning features can be improved. I get that it's a challenge since not every customer uses every part of the platform but I'd really like to see internally created content blended more smoothly with off-the-shelf eLearning inside a course.

“organized training hub”

“Customizable looks”
Pros
It really stands out for its extended enterprise capabilities. The API integrations give us a lot of flexibility and the look-and-feel customization options make it much easier to tailor the platform to our brand and specific needs.
Cons
getting the level of detail we need requires building reports through the query builder which comes at an additional cost.

“Tailored user experience”
Pros
Docebo gives us the tools we need to train our staff, our Member Organisations and their members all within a single system. Being able to tailor the user experience in different ways has been incredibly important to our success.
Cons
Docebo offers a lot of flexibility but with our federated model, there are still a few areas where it doesn't go quite far enough. That said they roll out changes and updates regularly which is helping us move closer to the setup we want.

“Valuable guidance”
Pros
Handling everyday tasks feels very simple. Adding courses, sharing them, building pages, enrolling people and pulling reports to see who has completed which courses all work the way they should. The basic things that ought to be simple really are simple here. Customer service has also been outstanding. The videos in Docebo University are helpful to a point but being able to talk to someone directly and get live guidance has been incredibly valuable.
Cons
Calendar invitations are not created automatically when someone enrolls in a specific session. We're putting together a modular training program that is meant to be fully self-service so not having this included as a standard feature is quite disappointing.

“Full-featured LMs”
Pros
Across multiple departments, trainers and learners, it has been a really helpful and full-featured LMS. It gives us the flexibility to customize pages and reports which makes it easier to match different team needs. As an user-friendly learning management platform, it has helped improve performance quite a bit. Another big plus is that it doesn't require prior experience or technical skills to use and the fact that everything is cloud-based makes it even more convenient.
Cons
At this point, there's really nothing specific to dislike. We ran into a few minor challenges along the way but the support team handled them well and helped resolve everything. Overall Docebo does what our company needs it to do.

“Gentle learning curve”
Pros
It's been really useful for building, launching and developing content quickly without sacrificing effectiveness. The learning curve isn't steep either so it doesn't take much upskilling to get started and use it well.

“Lovely experience of 2 years”
Pros
Over the past two years, we've been really happy with the decision to use it. It lets us build customized training materials and deliver training effectively to both our internal teams and external partners. Uploading learning content is flexible and it supports a wide range of file formats which has been very useful. Docebo also offers multiple language options and the frequent updates they release have helped keep the platform stable and reliable.
Cons
Honestly we haven't had any regrets with this application. It has remained very stable and we've been able to manage both internal and external training without any trouble. On top of that, customer support has been very responsive and helpful anytime we've run into an issue.

“Visually appealing interface”
Pros
Across our internal employee training, it has been a reliable and well-built platform. The interface is very user-friendly and visually appealing which makes it pleasant to work with. It handles learning plans and content uploads without any hassle and it supports different e-learning formats such as documents and videos. The customer support team is excellent through both ticketing and chat and the mobile app is also very convenient to use. Reporting is quite solid as well and creating reports is simple.
Cons
At this point, I haven't run into any particular weaknesses. The application has served us very well.

“Can add multiple domains”
Pros
Right away the platform gives off a professional look and the customization options are a big plus. Being able to add multiple domains is a real standout feature for us. Our CSM, Jihane, has also been fantastic, she goes above and beyond to escalate our issues internally and helps us work through problems. On top of that, the API is very solid and allows us to automate a lot of our processes.
Cons
Some features especially groups and automation tools, come with fairly significant limitations. Also, the whole "ideas" concept feels more like a place where suggestions get parked indefinitely rather than actually acted on.

“Helps make informed decisions”
Pros
It handles reporting and analytics very well. That feature has been extremely helpful when it comes to making informed business decisions. The reports give me a clear view of which areas still need improvement and also help me measure how successful our efforts have been in each of those areas. Overall this part of Docebo really supports better decision-making and makes it much easier to track the progress of our business goals.
Cons
mobile app could be better. It feels less polished and offers fewer features and capabilities than the desktop version.

“Clear pathways and strong automation”
Pros
The course layout and learning pathways are simple, individual performance is easy to see and the automation and assignment tools work really well. It also does a solid job of reflecting and using our internal company structure and hierarchy.
Cons
Managers can't automatically review the submissions or "homework" completed by their direct reports. There's also no checklist feature that connects to required courses for tracking and reporting on onboarding or ongoing L&D progress. The central repository is useful as a main library for content but it lacks enough filters and clear identifiers to quickly locate what's needed so we've had to organize content externally. ILTs are also fairly complicated and not very easy to manage.

“Learner-friendly platform”
Pros
Right away the interface feels really user-friendly and our learners genuinely enjoy using it. From the admin side, setting things up is simple and the customer service has been excellent.

“Modern training platform”
Pros
It feels modern and well organized so getting around the platform is very simple. It has helped us build training content for the team, whether the goal is onboarding them on new technology or helping them strengthen their sales skills. There are plenty of customization options available and adding content from different sources is simple. It also gives us a convenient way to track each employee's progress and the customer support team has been very helpful whenever needed.
Cons

“Highly customizable tool”
Pros
I really appreciate how much customization and configuration it offers across the website, while still being clear enough to understand and put into practice. It took me a few weeks to fully get comfortable navigating the platform and the Knowledge Base Articles were extremely helpful in learning how Docebo works in detail.
Cons
I do not have many complaints overall but there are a few areas that could be improved in the Web Based Training courses. When SCORM files are used to display content, the website layout can sometimes break on different screen sizes which causes the course controls and descriptions to overflow outside their containers.

“Smooth setup”
Pros
Getting started with Docebo was quick and the interface feels user-friendly while the administration side is simple to manage. The platform also offers analytics that help track how effective the learning process is. It gives enterprises the tools to handle different learning challenges and build a genuine learning culture through its multi-product learning suite. On top of that, it supports multiple languages which makes it convenient for people to use across different regions globally.
Cons
Honestly there is nothing I dislike about this platform. I have been using it for the past three years and haven't run into any issue worth mentioning.
