The Customer Success Area leaves much to be desired. Interacting with our Customer Success Manager has not been effective. Issues linger unresolved for extended periods, and support is virtually nonexistent.

I love how easy it is to use on the admin side, and the learner interface is also very seamless and straightforward. Being able to enable only the necessary features as an admin reduces clutter, and integration with other systems is well-executed, including virtual classes.
