“Covers all bases”
Pros
Bringing all our SaaS business systems into one place feels smooth with Docebo. Whether it's SSO, CRM, payment gateways or web conferencing, the platform changes the way enterprises use technology to create, deliver and measure the business impact of their learning experience through its learning suite. With everything it offers and more, Docebo really stands at the top when it comes to learning management systems.
Cons
It's definitely an expensive platform but the value you get makes the price feel justified. In the end, it really does feel like the best learning management system out there.

“Valuable data analytics”
Pros
Right from the start, it has felt like an outstanding learning management system for training employees, partners and customers. It's user-friendly for both learners and administrators which really helps boost engagement and encourages people to actually use the platform. The data analytics are also a big plus since they clearly show how effective the learning process is.
Cons
At this point, I haven't run into any features in Docebo that I dislike. Everything has been working really well so far.

“Top learning management system”
Pros
It has been the best learning management system I've used. Its integrations marketplace offers a smooth no-code way to connect all of your SaaS business systems into one learning environment. Whether it's SSO, CRM, web conferencing or payment gateways, Docebo covers it all.
Cons
Docebo comes at a high price and that can make it hard for small and mid-sized businesses to afford.

“all company resources in one place”
Pros
Having Docebo as a single place for information has been really helpful. It pulls together resources and links that companies usually have spread out across different platforms so it's much nicer to have everything centralized in one hub.
Cons
From a user perspective, the interface feels a bit buggy at times and could use some refinement.

“Fast setup and powerful analytics”
Pros
Getting Docebo up and running was quick and managing the platform has been very simple. One thing I really appreciate is that anyone can create content in it and still make it look polished and engaging. Since we started using it, it has made a noticeable difference in our business learning analysis efforts. I also really value the data analytics features because they clearly show how effective the learning processes are.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any issues while using Docebo. It has been a complete and impressive learning management platform for our needs.

“Continuous updates”
Pros
One of the best parts has been the continuous updates and new releases. The collaboration between our team and Docebo has also been excellent, with strong communication and a real sense of partnership.
Cons
customizing the frontend layout is limited and setting up more complex processes especially those required in the medical industry, can be challenging.

“offers dependable extensions”
Pros
Right from the start, Docebo has offered dependable extensions that let us build learning programs that really fit an enterprise setup. It comes with modern tools that help each department uncover hidden growth opportunities. Signing up and registering for learning programs is also simple and the user portal feels flexible and convenient.
Cons
Docebo has consistently delivered strong features that support learning growth. Up to this point, I haven't run into any performance issues that would interfere with the learning experience.

“aI-powered learning”
Pros
Ever since I rolled this platform out across the company, I've seen a noticeable improvement in both the business overall and in every administrative department. We use Docebo at the core of our organization to guide the learners who contribute to our company's growth and success. The AI built into the system helps keep the learning process organized and efficient making it much easier to manage training properly in my area of work. It also helps people build new skills which has made our workflow faster and allowed us to respond more quickly to job demands within the team. With Docebo, we've had daily guidance in knowledge and training that has put us in a stronger administrative position and the company has clearly benefited across all of our formal projects.
Cons
One thing that really hurts the experience is how limited the platform is when it comes to customizing projects the way I want and making them more understandable for everyone involved. It just doesn't feel versatile enough and there aren't enough options to adjust specific steps or features so the system feels more aligned with how our team works. I also have to point out that the software feels quite heavy since it ends up taking a considerable amount of storage space.

“supports a wide variety of learning scenarios”
Pros
Getting the admin side up and running was quick and the setup barely took any time. The platform supports a wide variety of learning scenarios through its different tools, including virtual classrooms and mobile learning. Content creation is something just about anyone can handle and it still comes out looking polished. The training compliance tracking also gives us plenty of valuable data. On top of that, Docebo helped us replace a couple of separate tools we had been relying on.
Cons
At this point, I really haven't come across anything I strongly dislike. Most features felt user-friendly and we didn't need much training or explanation to start using them. If I had to point to anything, I'd say the support and training site could be a bit more developed.

“Powerful analytics for smarter decisions”
Pros
Detailed reporting and analytics are impressive. It gives me the kind of insights that help me make better-informed business decisions, while also showing which areas still need improvement. On top of that, it helps me track how successful the work and effort in each of those areas has actually been.
Cons
The part I find least useful in Docebo is the mobile app since it feels less appealing and offers fewer features and capabilities than the desktop version.

“Wide range of functions”
Pros
Its stability, user-friendly design, overall interface, wide range of functionality and the quality of support, from both the team and their processes, have all been excellent.
Cons
I really have to reach to come up with a downside. It's not especially strong when it comes to pulling in content from external sources but honestly, our clients don't even want that capability and we've disabled it on every platform we use anyway.

“Integrates well with other tools”
Pros
Its so easy to use. It integrates well and the navigation is simple to follow which makes the platform very user-friendly.

“clean UI”
Pros
The interface is really polished and I appreciate being able to tailor courses using different types of learning assets. Features like Branches, Groups and Channels are genuinely useful and the enrollment rules add a lot of flexibility. The API browser is also a big help when it comes to handling bulk uploads.
Cons
SCORM support can be a little unreliable especially since progress doesn't always report back properly. There are also limits on how many widgets you can place on a page and notifications don't offer much room for customization. Reporting still feels too focused on users and it would be much better to pull a list of courses without having to enroll users in them first.

“Can customize it according to our needs”
Pros
The built-in customization in this LMS has been a huge plus. It lets you turn on and add multiple apps and features that make the user journey much simpler, while also helping staff become more self-sufficient. The automation app, along with groups and enrollment rules, also removes a lot of the admin work and pressure from LMS administrators which has been fantastic.
Cons
At the moment, Docebo does not offer a CPD scheme within the LMS. For some industries, that is absolutely essential so it means we miss out on opportunities in certain sectors.

“Learner-friendly tool”
Pros
Our learners having such a simple experience is the part I appreciate most. The platform is simple for them to navigate and they can quickly find the training that fits their needs best.

“powerful system for tracking training data”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how flexible the platform is. There's usually more than one way to support our internal business partners, content creators, legal team and anyone else who needs a powerful system for tracking training data.
Cons
Like any LMS, it has a few quirks. One limitation is that automated groups can't be created on the Power User side to automatically grant access to courses, reports and other items based on the audience criteria we already use. It's also frustrating that assignments can't be created in the Central Repository and then shared across courses and that a direct manager can't automatically be assigned as the instructor to sign off on training assignments.

“comes with a wider set of e-learning tools”
Pros
Docebo comes with a wider set of e-learning tools, including certifications, certificates, badges and gamification. That makes a real difference in corporate training especially when getting employees motivated to finish their courses can be challenging.
Cons
Reporting is an improvement over the LMS we used before but it still feels limited in some areas. I'd really like the option to view completion reports by training class instead of only by individual user. Our trainers get frustrated having to check each employee one at a time rather than being able to see the status of an entire training class at once.

“Comprehensive solution”
Pros
Right from the start, it has consistently covered what we need from an enterprise LMS. The core features are dependable, the platform is user-friendly and connecting it with other enterprise tools like SSO, Teams and LinkedIn Learning has been simple.
Cons
A few of the default interface settings aren't very user-friendly. For instance, if you want a link to a course, you have to manually choose that option instead of having it created automatically by default.
