“Great software, excellent service and support, and pretty easy to use to boot!
Pros
Customization and detailed reporting were crucial for us, and Docebo delivered exceptionally well.
Cons
We needed more structured surveys to extract detailed statistics, akin to SurveyMonkey. The current survey setup lacks depth, hindering our ability to gather specific feedback.

“It took our leaning and development to next level
Pros
The addition of a mobile app is a welcomed enhancement. Docebo's user-friendly interface and continuous updates ensure it stays abreast of the latest trends.
Cons
Charging separately for the skill matrix is unjustified; it should be included in the package.

“A really bad experience
Pros
I can not find any redeeming qualities in this software. It offers some nice features, but they do not function well.
Cons
The Customer Success Area leaves much to be desired. Interacting with our Customer Success Manager has not been effective. Issues linger unresolved for extended periods, and support is virtually nonexistent.

“Great admin and user experience overall
Pros
I love how easy it is to use on the admin side, and the learner interface is also very seamless and straightforward. Being able to enable only the necessary features as an admin reduces clutter, and integration with other systems is well-executed, including virtual classes. The support team is excellent and very responsive.
Cons
we lacked the Salesforce integration we required. However, unless it is absolutely necessary, I do not see it as a deal-breaker for using this product again.

“A great LMS that combines a modern interface with useful features.
Pros
The visual aspect of Docebo is what I appreciate the most. The interface looks modern and appealing. As an instructional designer, I'm responsible for administering the platform. I have never faced any major issues, and students find it easy to work with, often praising its smooth operation.
Cons
As a newcomer, I find that not all features are immediately clear. I have encountered some challenges grasping how the platform operates.

“Disappointing Search Capabilities
Pros
The option to have different permission levels is great. It can be used for internal or external customers and offers Webinar, Classroom, and E-Learning choices.
Cons
Search results can be unreliable. It is like a coin toss whether you'll find what you're looking for.also ,setting up webinars requires matching login credentials between Docebo and the webinar tool, making it cumbersome for admins to set up webinars for others.

“Makes Learning Easy
Pros
This program was immensely beneficial for learning various job aspects. It's easy to use, intuitive, and aids in the learning process. I especially liked being able to access it via a phone app.
Cons
I noticed some glitches initially, like frozen screens or slow loading times. It might have been due to the computer I was using. Overall, the program proved beneficial to me.

“Manage and enhance the learning of you and your team.
Pros
This learning system greatly enhances personal and team learning. It supports multiple languages flawlessly, including English and Spanish. The application is simple yet dynamic, encouraging continuous learning. Being cloud-based allows for studying and accessing classes from anywhere with an internet connection.
Cons
Transitioning directly from the classroom to this tool may give a sense of informality to some, potentially dampening enthusiasm for learning. It's crucial to emphasize the quality of courses and their certification.
