There aren't any real complaints from my perspective, although I've worked with Edthena before and I tend to favor the level of customer support and the overall simplicity of that platform's interface which I find easier to navigate.

One limitation I find is that the model's expectation for students to provide feedback for each of the six observations puts substantial responsibility on me to monitor the process and to clearly establish and reinforce expectations around that feedback, so its effective implementation really depends on my consistent oversight and direction.

Second and this one is more important for the candidates themselves, I wish they could trim clips during the submission or review process, I'm not asking for full editing capabilities but rather a simple way to cut out unnecessary portions of a recording as needed which would be especially helpful for compiling evidence for edTPA.
