iCohere provides various customization features for course setup including a visually appealing Classroom with image icons making it enjoyable for learners. We utilized iCohere for our webinars and online courses and found their customer service team and developers to be highly responsive and knowledgeable in addressing numerous issues. In terms of prioritization I would say customer service takes the top spot closely followed by the platform's usability and flexibility in program setup. You can always count on their assistance to obtain necessary features and using webinars via Webex is a hasslefree experience.

Cons

iCohere should work on improving certain features. One example is SCORM which only allows passfail results instead of reporting more course information like other platforms. Additionally the classroom is not accessible from mobile devices. This means that if a user has all their courses in the iCohere classroom they will not be able to access them via mobile devices.

At the independent learning center where I work there are definite perks. Having this app to organize everything for me has made the experience significantly better. I appreciate how well its features mold to my teaching style.

We chose this tool for our inaugural virtual conference and their team really stepped up to help us build the conference website, they handed us excellent checklists, scripts and other resources that made organizing, planning and moderating sessions much easier and they delivered a highly usable, simple platform for the event. The company worked closely with us to customize the system to accommodate nearly all of our concepts and requirements for converting content to a virtual setup, features like discussion boards, workshops, galleries and a lot more were all supported.
