I am an instructional designer who sets up courses and pulls reports from LMS for further analysis

Pros

iCohere provides various customization features for course setup including a visually appealing Classroom with image icons making it enjoyable for learners. We utilized iCohere for our webinars and online courses and found their customer service team and developers to be highly responsive and knowledgeable in addressing numerous issues. In terms of prioritization I would say customer service takes the top spot closely followed by the platform's usability and flexibility in program setup. You can always count on their assistance to obtain necessary features and using webinars via Webex is a hasslefree experience.

Cons

iCohere should work on improving certain features. One example is SCORM which only allows passfail results instead of reporting more course information like other platforms. Additionally the classroom is not accessible from mobile devices. This means that if a user has all their courses in the iCohere classroom they will not be able to access them via mobile devices.

TopLevel LMS with Supportive Team

Pros

iCohere is userfriendly and offers extensive customization options. Launching over 20 courses in a year was a smooth process thanks to readily available staff support.

Cons

Integration with the companys database was challenging but the support made the experience much smoother.
