System Review
Pros
This software provides a good HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) management system that ensures total transparency in managing contractors, along with actions and an e-Learning module.
Cons
The system can sometimes be complex and lacks user-friendliness.

Pros
The software is easy to learn and use.
Cons
Some basic features of the program, like report date functionality, are not standardized. Additionally, the permission settings need to be more customizable to allow end users to restrict access to specific data.

Pros
The mobile app support includes forms, e-learning and notifications, which is really great.
Cons
There are multiple steps needed to navigate the system, and it does not always record forms or completed work under the correct user or contractor profile. It needs some reorganization and additional features to classify completed forms for confidentiality purposes.

Lucidity for the win
Lucidity for the win
Pros
I find Lucidity very user-friendly. The support is exceptional and the software is customized to fit our company's needs. There is also a well-resourced help guide and training videos available.
Cons
The incident module collected more information than we needed for our industry. As a result, we had to create our own incident form after much trial and error with the Induction Module.

Without a doutb, Lucidicty software is easy to use and deploy to others within the business.
Cons
There are many restrictions when I suggest ideas, they are only considered and voted on but not implemented.

A great product for those who're looking for more than just compliance management
A great product for those who're looking for more than just compliance management
Pros
We initially used Lucidity Software to manage our Integrated Management System, but it has since become a important part of our business. Although the system is modular, many core features are consistent across all modules, so our team quickly adapted to the look and feel of each module. We use the app for all our site work, and it has truly been a game changer.
Cons
This isn't a criticism of Lucidity itself, but in the construction industry, we sometimes face resistance to moving away from paper forms. However, with Lucidity's new app, we're encountering this resistance less frequently. The Inform feature makes it incredibly easy to complete site "paperwork" online.

Best Quality Product
Best Quality Product
Pros
Integrating safety, environment and quality was great and we also added other requirements like timesheets, daily reports, and variation orders. This means we predominantly rely on Lucidity for everything we need.
Cons
We have never really used CRM because we already had a system that met our needs. Merging to Lucidity was not an option for us at that time.

Finally, a system that delivers at a wonderfully affordable price
Finally, a system that delivers at a wonderfully affordable price
Pros
Lucidity provides a wide range of services and features at an amazingly affordable price. The implementation process was very simple for me, and the features offer incredible flexibility to tailor the system to my needs. I cannot praise the product and support enough. I have now implemented it in four different businesses due to its flexibility and cost-effectiveness.
Cons
There is very little not to like about Lucidity. The main thing is to think strategically about data hierarchies to minimize changes after the system is implemented.

Secure and easy to learn
Secure and easy to learn
Pros
We use Lucidity to manage our documents, employees, risk and customer service audits, and it performs well in all these areas. Even though I was not with the company when the software was first implemented, I have been able to learn how to use it properly through the helpful Lucidity training portal. I have discovered and learned how to complete the functions I need on my own schedule.
Cons
Occasionally, I find it challenging to set the access settings for different types of employees and clients.
