responsive support and tailored training

Pros

Rather than being a one size fits all learning platform, this system is built to be customized around each company's specific goals and services. The team was patient, knowledgeable and very understanding while helping us create a program and quest that matched exactly what we needed. They stayed responsive throughout the process and really went the extra mile to help us get up and running. Since this was my first time working with the platform, there was definitely a learning curve at the beginning but the team made it much more manageable than I expected. The training sessions were especially useful for someone new to the system. The tools themselves are user friendly and not difficult to learn and the platform is very user-friendly overall. It didn't take long before I felt comfortable using it. Whenever we needed help, the team replied quickly and made sure we had what we needed.

Cons

It's a very full-featured system and the pricing reflects that. There is also a bit of time needed to get used to the terminology but once that clicks, everything starts to make sense and becomes much easier to navigate.

interactive learning insights

Pros

The service has been excellent and the way the content interacts with the user is something I have really appreciated. It gives me a clear view of the user's progress and helps me see how well the information is actually being absorbed.

Cons

Everything has been working perfectly, including the communication and support. Honestly I cannot think of anything I haven't liked so far.

engaging gamified learning journey

Pros

Among the LMS platforms I have used, myQuest is one of the most engaging. Its linear, gamified setup fits extremely well with how we run our programs, giving the learning journey a clear structure that really supports and strengthens the overall experience. The Resource Center has been especially useful because it acts as a dependable single source of truth, with all materials available in one central place. Another big advantage is how versatile the platform is as missions can be built in lots of interactive ways which helps keep every phase of the program interesting and engaging. That level of flexibility makes it possible to adapt the experience for different types of content and different learning styles, resulting in a richer and more dynamic online program.

Cons

There honestly aren't many downsides I'd mention as a user and we also haven't had any negative feedback about the platform's functionality itself. The only issue we've noticed from the client side is that if too many team members are editing the program builder in the back end at the same time, it can get a bit glitchy. That said, it's a manageable issue and can be easily avoided by scheduling update times and keeping clear communication between the people making changes.

helpful support and simple workflow

Pros

Using myQuest has been fun and easy. On the rare occasion something isn't clear, there are amazing people who are quick to help and resolve any issues that come up.

Cons

The only downside for me is the limited selection of platform options available when uploading videos.

perfect fit for member onboarding

Pros

As a non-profit we needed a learning platform that could help us onboard new members with our training materials while also letting us monitor their progress. myQuest checked every box for us and it has been a very successful solution across our organization.

Cons

We haven't run into any real issues. Whenever something came up, it was resolved quickly and our emails were always answered the same day.

myQuest Review

Pros

The seamless integration of course creation and community building in myQuest is what impressed me the most. Engaging my clients and fostering a sense of community has been invaluable for my coaching website. The user-friendly interface has made managing my business a hassle free process, saving me time and allowing me to focus on delivering quality content to my clients.

Cons

The only downside I've noticed with myQuest is the limited customization options for certain features. It would be great to have more control over these aspects to align better with my brand. However, this hasn't significantly affected my overall positive experience with the platform.

engaging levels and missions

Pros

Building courses on this platform is very easy from the provider side and it's just as user-friendly for learners. Breaking training into unlockable levels makes the whole experience more engaging and the mission-based setup creates smaller milestones that give a real sense of progress and achievement.

Cons

I'd still love to see more customization options especially around giving learners feedback on their responses, showing whether an answer was incorrect and possibly requiring them to complete a timed questionnaire.

flexible and interactive training

Pros

I find it very easy to use. Overall it's interactive, simple to navigate and lets us build training in smaller sections which saves a lot of time. Our staff can also complete their training whenever it suits them and at their own pace which has been really convenient.

Cons

We really haven't run into any problems. Like any new system, the only thing that took a bit of time was getting familiar with how everything works.

fantastic support and smart updates

Pros

Right from the start I liked both the company and the people behind it. I run a small business and my clients are small businesses too. Since I am also a recovering technophobe, I need something that's affordable, genuinely capable and backed by strong support. MyQuest has been exactly that. The team is outstanding, the platform is very simple to work with and help is always just a phone call away. The setup and overall format feel distinct in several important ways compared with other systems I have tried. Pricing is also affordable, even for my smaller clients. On top of that the steady stream of updates and new features feels more like what you'd expect from a Fortune 500-level product.

Cons

There honestly isn't much I can point to as a real downside. The only challenge I ran into was that, at times, the way I expected to enter information didn't match the actual steps required so it took me a little while to figure out. To be fair, that probably had more to do with my own visual organization and management limitations than with the software itself.

learning model fits perfectly

Pros

MyQuest has a learning model that closely matches the one I already use which has been a big advantage. It has made designing lessons that actually lead to learning much easier.

Cons

At the moment, users and students still cannot download their journal entries. I have heard that feature is on the way, though and it should be a helpful addition once it arrives.

pricing is very reasonable

Pros

A big plus for us was that the higher upfront cost included hands-on onboarding and custom setup with our rep. After that the pricing switched to a per-user fee instead of a monthly subscription. That structure makes our costs much easier to predict and manage and we haven't had to deal with extra tech support expenses because it simply works. When Crown first started using myQuest our client trainings were not happening consistently so not having a monthly charge during months with no training was a real advantage. The course setup and design also support clean, simple multimedia integration including learner reflection and interaction with others. Once the platform was set up and our first courses were live, we had control over both the learning flow and the budget. Another benefit is that once a learner registers for a course, they stay in the system and still count as one user even if they take more courses. For Crown that has been a win all around.

Cons

There are a few limitations in the design and workflow where we would have liked more customization options. I understand there are valid reasons for that especially because of the active learning model behind courses. Even so, the team keeps introducing custom features that add value to the learning experience without creating distractions or unnecessary complexity. They've also been helpful in showing me other ways to achieve a similar outcome. On top of that they continue building opportunities for customers to connect and learn from one another through the myQ community.

Its a powerful learning ecosystem

Pros

The best thing is that the value here comes from both the team behind it and the product design itself. The overall suite is impressively powerful and really feels like a complete ecosystem rather than just a standalone LMS. To get the most out of it, I'd definitely include the Connect piece for learning in the flow of work alongside the LMS for formal training, habit-building, community and coaching.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints. That said, if all you need is a traditional e-learning system just to run courses, track activity and report on completion, this platform can do that but I'd probably go with a more minimal-feature option if that's your only goal.

Pros

support that truly cares

Pros

Customer service is on another level as they genuinely care about you and your business. The design is good too and once you've learned how it works, implementing it becomes very easy.

Cons

The per-user pricing is too expensive which makes it hard to use this software for non-profit purposes like company orientation, employee onboarding and similar internal needs.

Good platform with helpful updates

Pros

The platform is user friendly and simple for end users to navigate. On the admin side it has also been fairly user friendly overall, aside from a few minor things. It's also been nice to see MyQuest regularly rolling out updates and adding new features which has been valuable for both our team and our clients.

Cons

Setting up and integrating BrainTree can be tricky if you want to use your own account. There were also a couple of things we were initially told would be simple to accommodate, like allowing multiple purchases by one user but later found out those options either weren't available or weren't nearly as simple to implement as expected once we were already building everything out.

feature-packed and well-supported

Pros

myQuest LMS has been fast and very easy to use. The platform is good too overall and it's backed by an amazing team that truly cares about learning. There are already many features available, with new ones being added regularly. What really stands out is that the developers actually listen to user feedback and follow through on requested features. It really feels like a top-quality product that's ahead of others in this space.

Cons

Honestly I am having a hard time coming up with anything that bothers me. The whole experience of going from an idea to launching it in the market has been amazing and it's happened both quickly and professionally.

Pros

From an admin standpoint, being able to make changes instantly and have them appear right away for learners has been really valuable. It has also given us a polished, professional space to host client program intersession and asynchronous activities that support our live, synchronous workshops.
