I adore the ability to schedule sessions and automate my clients' workflows. The template and builder for designing programs are also impressive, offering a simple and elegant experience for my clients.

Cons

I am frustrated by the inability to rearrange questions on forms and the lack of a storage space for necessary client forms. It would be beneficial to send forms without having to add someone as a client in certain cases.

Cons

The feature set of Profi is extensive and includes the ability to automate forms, client agreement signing, robust program creation, a professional and intuitive UX, easy client portal setup, and responsive support.

Cons

Not all the platform's language aligns with my business. As an operations consultant, I appreciate the ability to customize certain terms, such as changing "Programs" to "Projects" and "Practitioner" to "Consultant". Profe support assured me they'll incorporate this ability.

Profi's all-in-one flexible program builder is fantastic. Pros

My experience with Profi has been outstanding! Though I was not the one to decide on its implementation, I have struggled with managing personal development programs using disconnected apps for a while. Having everything in one place, including surveys, assessments, forms, and a program builder, is a huge relief. Plus, being able to access the platform seamlessly on both web and mobile is a major bonus.

Cons

My only gripe is the inability to reorder questions in assessments, but a member of Profi's support team assured me they will address this soon.

Cons

It is like having a Swiss Army knife for my coaching business. From allowing clients to book chemistry meetings to managing different coaching packages, handling payments, messaging, e-learning, and more , everything is neatly organized in one place, covering the entire client lifecycle from sales to program completion.

Cons

It would greatly enhance the tool if it included the following features: a certificate of completion for specific courses, integration with iCalendar, displaying bookings up to 30 days in advance, and the ability to embed code on blog pages.

Profi - Saves your time, energy and money.
Pros

I am amazed by the myriad features under one roof with Profi. From serving as a landing page to seamless booking for 1:1 sessions, easy integrations with Zoom and payment gateways, group coaching, selling digital courses, direct messaging, feedback forms, quizzes, note-taking, and sharing,it is all there! Getting a lifetime deal for such a bargain price feels like a steal, and I am truly grateful to the Profi Team.

Cons

when scheduling a 1:1 session, clients can not see the invitation within Profi, causing issues also I do not receive notifications when a client submits a form, leading to missed submissions. Furthermore, adding a button to open an external link in a service page doesn't function properly.

As a coach, finding a platform that encompasses most of my coaching process has been a quest. Awarenow comes closest to that ideal, helping with everything from scheduling to client management, intake forms to video calls.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about the platform, just features I am eager to see added. I believe the CRM system could be more detailed, the appointment scheduler could offer more features, and there could be more integrations. However, the roadmap seems promising, and the team is responsive to feedback.
