Great for Client Engagement

Pros

I adore the ability to schedule sessions and automate my clients' workflows. The template and builder for designing programs are also impressive, offering a simple and elegant experience for my clients.

Cons

I am frustrated by the inability to rearrange questions on forms and the lack of a storage space for necessary client forms. It would be beneficial to send forms without having to add someone as a client in certain cases.

I do recommend this for CRM and Coaching sessions

Pros

it offers a basic but user-friendly CRM, along with client training and coaching features, easy scheduling, virtual meeting capabilities, and convenient email and text notifications, all backed by great support.

Cons

The CRM lacks advanced features, such as setting up custom client properties like date of birth, and displaying their last activity, which is crucial for project delivery.

Still trialing but it's great!

Pros

The feature set of Profi is extensive and includes the ability to automate forms, client agreement signing, robust program creation, a professional and intuitive UX, easy client portal setup, and responsive support.

Cons

Not all the platform's language aligns with my business. As an operations consultant, I appreciate the ability to customize certain terms, such as changing "Programs" to "Projects" and "Practitioner" to "Consultant". Profe support assured me they'll incorporate this ability.

All-in-one platform for coaching leaders

Pros

Profi's all-in-one flexible program builder is fantastic. I particularly appreciate being able to customize leadership coaching programs with various resources like training videos and documents plus the option to schedule recurring 1:1 and group sessions, along with pre- and post-program assessments, is invaluable.

Cons

We are quite satisfied with the performance of our platform instance and eagerly anticipate the new program builder features from the Profi team.

Excellent app for coaching our internal team

Pros

My experience with Profi has been outstanding! Though I was not the one to decide on its implementation, I have struggled with managing personal development programs using disconnected apps for a while. Having everything in one place, including surveys, assessments, forms, and a program builder, is a huge relief. Plus, being able to access the platform seamlessly on both web and mobile is a major bonus.

Cons

My only gripe is the inability to reorder questions in assessments, but a member of Profi's support team assured me they will address this soon.

Almost perfect!

Pros

With integrated client portal, chat, scheduling, and video conferencing, Profi also provides additional security features.

Cons

Comparatively speaking, Profi's CRM appears basic, especially as we implement top-tier CRMs for our clients. However, we primarily integrate it with Hubspot through Zapier, which suits our needs.

Individual and group coaching is so much easier with Profi

Pros

Setting up my calendar, creating meetings, and utilizing group mentorship and coaching sessions with Profi was seamless. The built-in video conferencing and supportive team were particularly beneficial.

Cumbersome System, integration with existing stripe did not work

Pros

Unfortunately, my experience with Profi was not positive.

Cons

Integrating with Stripe had its challenges, as I could not use my existing account. Despite multiple attempts and contacting support, it took days to resolve.

One of the Top Tools I Have Used in the Past 10 Years. I Love it!
