“AI-powered micro-learning made easy
Pros
I appreciate how feasible the platform is and that it lets admins leverage AI to build micro-learning modules quickly. It was really simple to help learners get comfortable navigating and using the platform for their own self-directed learning.
Cons
While the process itself isn't difficult I find importing Open Sesame courses into this platform takes a long time and feels more tough than it should. It ought to be simpler. I also can't specify expected learning hours or mark courses I create as mandatory versus voluntary which prevents me from tracking how many voluntary learning hours each team member accumulates.

“Quick content creation
Pros
Having tried another training platform before I've found that I can create content and slot it into a learning tree quickly.
Cons
If anything what I'd really like to see improved is how reports are generated. I want them to come out more polished and organized rather than simply dumped into an Excel spreadsheet.

Pros
For me the platform works smoothly for both learners and course creators and I feel it offers a wide range of content delivery options without being overwhelming.
Cons
I'd love to see more customization options added to the microbuilder particularly features and flexibility similar to what Articulate Rise provides.

“User-friendly with helpful support
Pros
The interface is user-friendly and I can upload and organize content easily. I also manage student registrations in both the portal and within courses and I've found the customer service very helpful.
Cons
What I find limiting is that I can't arrange content on separate pages under a shared heading that displays course and module thumbnails. Other LMS platforms let me group course materials beneath specific headings but here the content repository is practically the only method available to structure LMS course and module content which feels restrictive.

“reporting needs significant improvement
Pros
Navigating the platform is simple and I notice that I can figure out tasks quickly even without much LMS experience.
Cons
The reporting features are my biggest frustration. I feel there's significant room for improvement and I would really appreciate a feasible, easy-to-read report I could generate for each employee that lists every course and lesson along with the exact completion dates. Another point is that when I create learner activities, I still have no idea where to find short-answer submissions, there's nowhere obvious to look them up which forces me to dig around. On top of that, a handful of modules will occasionally freeze or stop progressing, it's intermittent so it's hard to pin down. I can't tell whether those hang-ups are caused by a flaky internet connection, a glitch in the module itself, or user behavior and despite trying to troubleshoot I haven't been able to resolve it.

“Practical modules for staff guidance
Pros
Within my team I've discovered that the learning topics are practical and I use the modules to help staff improve performance. I can pull up materials whenever someone needs extra guidance which I think is excellent.
Cons
When assigning modules or lessons I'd love a feature that would email a reminder if someone misses the deadline, instead of forcing me to log in repeatedly to check their progress. That kind of notification would really align administration when I'm managing a large number of employees, too.

Pros
Completing training modules is feasible and I find that I can keep track of my progress effortlessly.
Cons
I find the admin and reporting features lacking. I wish there were a way to send a mass invite email rather than adding users one by one. Enrolling people in courses and learning paths is also somewhat complicated.

Pros
The platform is very user-friendly and I've noticed that the support team is always available when I need help. Deploying to large groups is easy and I feel the per-user pricing is competitive.
Cons
However I noticed it lacks several common features and basic LMS capabilities. It also didn't plug into our other applications without building a custom API which made integration more tough than I expected.

“Easy to get started! Excellent Customer Support!

My Customer Success Manager and the support I receive have been the biggest reasons for choosing this platform. They truly want to partner with us for our success, and they've delivered on that promise. * The platform is fairly simple. I created and launched courses on the very first day. In just a month, I've already developed an entire onboarding course. * The gamification feature has been a hit at our company, much more engaging than just clicking through slides. * The asset library and easy-to-use templates make course creation easy.
Cons
The only challenge I've encountered so far is that the first Lectora template I used was pretty complex, making it tough to add my own content. BUT, the silver lining was that I had an excellent Customer Sucess Manager who spent time helping me learn more about Lectora than I would have from just watching videos. Once completed, I ended up with an amazing course, including a test and a certificate of completion.

Building courses with this tool is simple and I find that it provides a great experience for my trainees.
Cons

Pros
I have flexibility with different learning models and I enjoy the video features. I also use tools that allow me to gather content from users and share it socially and I appreciate that there's a free tier for prototyping.
Cons
In my experience I'd appreciate ad hoc reporting and more sophisticated enrollment features, I'm aware those enhancements are planned and should arrive soon.

“detailed reports, easy tracking
Pros
Flexibility is one of the platform's strengths and I've noticed that my learners have no trouble navigating courses. I can generate detailed reports and jump in to assist anyone falling behind which I find very useful.
Cons
There really aren't many drawbacks I've found. It does require a bit of time to set up a course properly which can feel like a small upfront investment but in my experience every online training platform I've tried needs some initial setup time before it's ready to use.

“Excellent reporting, full control
Pros
The reporting tools are excellent and I use them to track progress and spot problem areas. I also control which users see specific content and for how long and I like that I can edit and upload materials myself.
Cons
What frustrates me is that a lot of user invitation emails end up in junk or spam folders. I know this often stems from varying network security settings and sometimes can't be helped but it has become annoying to keep exchanging messages with people to get them logged in. On top of that, I really wish there was a visible progress tracker, like a bar or scale, displayed at the bottom of course pages so I can watch learners move through material. If such a tool exists, I haven't been able to find it anywhere.

“Natural interface, quick support
Pros
Using the platform feels natural and I've found that customer support helps quickly whenever I run into issues with uploads. I can add users without difficulty and I enjoy that the interface is professional and easy to adjust.
Cons
I find it challenging that the creating and structuring the courses and coursework for upload. Once I get the materials planned and converted into a format the site accepts the rest becomes pretty feasible and quite manageable.
