Cons
One area that could be improved is recognizing that managers usually do not spend much time in recruitment software. Because of this, there could be more user-friendly processes designed for those who handle recruitment on an as-needed basis.

Pros
I cannot find a single positive aspect. The help menu is devoid of any useful information and there's no way to provide feedback for potential improvements.
Cons
Using it feels like getting training in a room full of echoes, all coming through my headphones. Even after turning off Windows sound enhancements, the strange echo remains, and the audio becomes so irritating that I often have to turn it off.

Their interface is easy to use, and the tracking of required courses is very efficient, which are big advantages for me. However, there have been times when I needed help from the Saba team with reporting, and it usually took around 2-3 days to get it resolved.
