Easy peasyy

Pros

What I find most appealing about Saba Talentlink is its adaptability when it comes to the application form. It allows for the configuration of diverse recruitment processes based on the specific job being recruited for. TalentLink also strives to stay updated with the latest trends in recruitment, which is a valuable aspect.

Cons

One area that could be improved is recognizing that managers usually do not spend much time in recruitment software. Because of this, there could be more user-friendly processes designed for those who handle recruitment on an as-needed basis.

No positives here

Pros

I cannot find a single positive aspect. The help menu is devoid of any useful information and there's no way to provide feedback for potential improvements.

Cons

Using it feels like getting training in a room full of echoes, all coming through my headphones. Even after turning off Windows sound enhancements, the strange echo remains, and the audio becomes so irritating that I often have to turn it off.

Simplified interface for managing training

Pros

The interface is simple and helps me keep track of required courses, trainings, and other important tasks. It also shows due dates and generates reports, which work well alongside our internal training software.

Cons

From an admin perspective the back end can become complex. As a user I couldn't identify any negative aspects.

Smooth interface

Pros

Their interface is easy to use, and the tracking of required courses is very efficient, which are big advantages for me. However, there have been times when I needed help from the Saba team with reporting, and it usually took around 2-3 days to get it resolved.

Cons

The reporting functionality is generally good, but there have been times when I needed to contact support, and their response time was a bit slow.

Effective, Yet needs improvements

Pros

The social collaboration features and gamification elements, like earning badges, really make this platform unique for me. These features add a lot of value to my learning experience.

Cons

However, I've noticed that the Saba meeting playback sometimes struggles with syncing the voice and visuals, and the technical jargon used by customer support can be hard for me to understand. A more user-friendly approach would be helpful.
