Cons

One area that could see improvement is that sometimes, developments may not fully consider that managers typically dont spend a lot of time in recruitment software. Therefore, there could be more user-friendly processes designed for those who engage in ad hoc recruitment.

A Discordant Auditory Experience
Pros

I cannot find a single positive aspect. The help menu is devoid of any useful information and there's no way to provide feedback for potential improvements.

Cons

When trying to use it it's like receiving training in a room filled with echoes all channeled through my headphones. Despite turning off Windows sound enhancements the bizarre echo persists and the audio is exceedingly bothersome often leading to the need to turn it off.
