We have found the cost somewhat prohibitive for campus-wide student use, so we have limited it to employees requiring safety training.

I must say, the customer support here is goreat. Whenever I need assistance with user licenses or have any queries, our representative always responds promptly. plus, I am really impressed with the variety of courses available to us and the seamless process of generating training compliance reports.

Cons

The only hiccup we have encountered with Traincaster is its inability to future-date courses. While understandable, it poses a challenge for scheduling annual renewals in advance.
