I HAVE been using this software for a while now, and I absolutely love it. It is so easy to navigate and incredibly effective. It handles tasks that even a full-time employee couldn't manage.
Cons
We have found the cost somewhat prohibitive for campus-wide student use, so we have limited it to employees requiring safety training.

Cons
Rectifying errors in PowerPoint presentations necessitates uploading entirely new documents rather than simply correcting individual pages.

At the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, we rely on Traincaster for various tasks like offering online courses and managing training records. Recently, their development team collaborated with us to create an integrated solution for our onboarding tasks.
Cons
Managing monthly classroom trainings in Traincaster can be tricky. Users may sign up for one date but attend on another, requiring manual adjustments to credit them properly.

I must say, the customer support here is goreat. Whenever I need assistance with user licenses or have any queries, our representative always responds promptly. plus, I am really impressed with the variety of courses available to us and the seamless process of generating training compliance reports.
Cons
The only hiccup we have encountered with Traincaster is its inability to future-date courses. While understandable, it poses a challenge for scheduling annual renewals in advance.

Their web-based training content development and delivery functionality is intuitive, and their support team is prompt and helpful.
