Managing monthly classroom trainings in Traincaster can be tricky. Users may sign up for one date but attend on another, requiring manual adjustments to credit them properly.

I must say, the customer support here is goreat. Whenever I need assistance with user licenses or have any queries, our representative always responds promptly. plus, I am really impressed with the variety of courses available to us and the seamless process of generating training compliance reports.

The only hiccup we have encountered with Traincaster is its inability to future-date courses. While understandable, it poses a challenge for scheduling annual renewals in advance.
