“compliance dashboard done right”
Pros
Handling more than 900 documents with expiry dates became much more manageable with this software. It automated supplier approvals, material approvals and risk assessments, while also helping make sure CCL stayed on top of regulatory compliance. It supported the GFSI certification and recertification process as well. 3iVerify really simplified my work. The dashboard, questionnaires and action tools connected all of our documents, certifications and data in one place. Customers and suppliers can log in and complete forms or upload files directly into the system which completely cut out the back-and-forth over email and the hassle of digging through email chains for documents. On top of that, the whole team can use the platform with role-based access for each user.
Cons
My only real complaint is that we didn't bring this into our Quality, Food Safety and Compliance departments sooner.
