“flexible partlists and strong api”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how often the support team adds new features and improves the ones already there. Aligni is flexible and it doesn't need a lot of data entry as long as the information is chosen well. The revision-controlled part lists are simple to work with and making updates is very simple. User roles are also divided up nicely and the API is excellent.
Cons
A downside is that inventory parts can lose their revision and the substitution process feels difficult.

“top-notch MRP and inventory”
Pros
Right from the start it stood out to us for having one of the strongest MRP interfaces in the industry. It's very user-friendly which makes training and onboarding new staff much simpler. The advanced inventory capabilities are outstanding and the way it manages bulk parts data is especially impressive. We'd absolutely recommend it to anyone who needs to build bills of materials, manage a large volume of inventory items and generate manufacturing work orders.
Cons
One area that still needs improvement is integration with other platforms since it feels a bit behind where it should be. That said I expect Aligni will continue developing this and that it will get better over time.

“Responsive support and flexible options”
Pros
One thing that has really stood out is how responsive the Aligni support team has been as our company's tasks, projects and needs continue to change and grow.
Cons
Since the platform is constantly evolving which is actually something we appreciate, a few added inventory management features like mass update functionality would still be helpful. That said their API and BeSpoke support have covered every gap we've run into.
