Is ALPHACAM Right For You?
This software is the right fit if your shop has outgrown basic CAM and needs a single, powerful solution to drive all your CNC equipment, from 3-axis routers to complex 5-axis machines. Its standout capability is its "Automation Manager," which can batch process entire projects of CAD files, applying toolpaths, nesting, and generating G-code automatically. This saves significant programming time and is ideal for custom, high-volume manufacturing.

ALPHACAM Features
This foundational module provides essential manufacturing functionality, including CAD importing, toolpath generation, simulation, and reporting. It serves as the base platform, allowing you to add specialized "multipliers" to build a custom CAM solution.
This multiplier is for manufacturers with 4/5-axis machinery who do not need complex simultaneous motion. It unlocks an additional axis, allowing you to program your machine to cut from any angle (3+2 axis machining).
ALPHACAM allows head-mounted rotary axes on CNC routers to be programmed in any orientation. Both programmable rotary axes with manual tilt and fully interpolating 5-axis heads are supported. Safe rapid movements between planes are automatically monitored and verified through advanced solid simulation
