Production Tracking
Busroot tracks every unit by station and ‘SKU’ to report live production performance for shifts and days. The platform eliminates manual logging by connecting directly to machines and streaming production events.
Scheduling
The software sets production and non-production schedules for each station using a lightweight tool. It records planned start and end times and allows actual starts/ends to be set automatically or by operators via tablet.
OEE Analysis
The system provides complete ‘OEE’ measurement by calculating ‘Availability’, ‘Performance’, and ‘Quality’ to show production losses versus theoretical maximum output. It derives ‘OEE’ from production schedules, so no additional configuration is required to enable OEE analysis.
Cycle Time Analysis

Pros
From day one Busroot has made a huge difference in our factory. The most valuable part for us is being able to monitor every area of production from one dashboard. We can see exactly where we stand against our targets and by 10 a.m. we already know whether we're ahead or falling behind. Previously, we wouldn't have that clarity until the end of the day. The visibility into production losses alone has already justified the cost of the software. Using the data it provided, we cut packaging costs by 3% within just the first 10 days after installation. It was also impressive that the team installed the hardware across more than 25 machines without causing even a minute of downtime or interrupting production.
Cons
Overall it has been excellent and there really isn't anything I'd point to for improvement at this stage.
