“Good integrations capability”

Pros

I really appreciate how well the different modules work together. There's no need to enter the same data more than once which saves a lot of time. The whole system feels carefully designed and clearly benefits from CAQ AG's many years of experience.

Cons

The initial onboarding into the system is kind of complicated. It would definitely help to have simpler access to training materials especially e-learning content.

“Easily configurable”

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how flexible this system is especially since you can configure it without needing any programming skills. The support team is dependable and does a very good job helping with workflow installation. After you get familiar with the underlying logic, you can use that same approach across different modules such as complaints, inspection planning and maintenance. The automation tools, including escalation workflows and email notifications, make process control much more effective. It's also a very strong solution for standardization, improving data quality and keeping track of KPIs.

Cons

Getting everything set up and structured in the beginning takes time and requires a well-defined concept. If you do not already have clear standards in place, like error catalogs, the system can become quite complex. To really make full use of its capabilities, you need a certain level of administrative knowledge. That said, with today's AI strategies, planning failure glossaries or building standard databases is not such a big challenge anymore. My advice early on would be to contact support whenever questions come up because they respond quickly and are very helpful.

“easy to use”

Pros

The modular set up works really well together with its fully integrated design. The software feels user friendly and the many interfaces to ERP and measurement systems make it simple to connect with an existing IT landscape. The Document Management module supports structured processes, clear versioning and strong audit preparation. On top of that the Compliance and Risk Management features make it much more systematic and transparent to identify, evaluate and track risks. With the strong value it offers for the price, it comes across as a capable and complete quality management solution.

Cons

To be honest I don't really have anything bad to say about the software. The support team is highly knowledgeable and their response times are consistently fast and dependable. If I had to point out one area that could be improved, it would be form creation which could be a little more accessible. Still that's a very minor criticism.
