The concept of a "personal action plan" isn't very clear. The way different action plans connect and interact with each other isn't always intuitive.

great for tracking

Pros

The ticket and action tracking is especially useful for our daily follow-ups. It eliminates the need for constant reminders and makes management much easier. Our field teams really appreciate the digitization of audits, it saves a lot of time and makes us more efficient.

Cons

In my opinion, the "indicators" and KPI section is the part that needs the most development in the future. We need to be able to generate routine performance indicators and link different indicators together. (It seems like this will be possible with the upcoming dynamic indicators).
