FashionFlow Features
This feature is the central place for keeping all essential product development, tech pack, and product and sample cost information organized and secure. It includes time and action calendars that allow teams to oversee the entire production schedule for both overseas and local production. This provides complete visibility over product data, which helps management make well-informed and timely decisions.
FashionFlow software tracks multiple versions of the Bill of Material (BOM) for each production location or vendor. It tracks the WIP value report (the cost of unfinished goods) and manages perpetual inventory transaction reporting. The system records material inventory adjustments and automatically creates a CUT/PO material used log to record material consumption. It generates a discrepancy report to highlight any differences between material usage logs and inventory records.
This core function organizes production documents including the Cut Ticket for local manufacturing and the Style PO for importing. It manages these documents across a multi-location process and provides CUT/PO tracking. The system creates a printable Cut Ticket/Style PO print with style image and includes a fabric/trim usage log for detailed material control. It also offers customizable production details.
The FashionFlow PLM time and action calendars serve as the main tool for watching and monitoring the complete production workflow. These calendars enable staff to track overseas or local production against deadlines for tight control over the process. This specific function ensures full oversight of the production timeline to help confirm production on time and delivery to customers.
This feature is directly linked to material consumption management per size to figure out the exact raw material needs for manufacturing. It uses material forecasting to determine the necessary material quantity based on the finished product's yield in the BOM and the sales order volume. After calculating the requirements, FashionFlow software automatically performs auto PO creation (automatic Purchase Order creation) to quickly start the buying process.
