All results are visually represented in a control center that enables straightforward drag-and-drop order scheduling.

Operating Data Acquisition supplies live information regarding current order progress, duration, and produced quantities gathered directly from shop floor activities. The system accurately captures and categorizes production losses encountered during the manufacturing process for later review and analysis. Collected data is then remotely indicated and sent back to the ERP system.

The platform automatically collects essential production data and machine status details, including output, speed, and faults, directly from the physical equipment. Data collection is done through direct machine connection utilizing native drivers or industry-standard protocols such as OPC and OPC-UA. For legacy machines, data is collected using an IoT-Gateway, and the resulting production data has the capability to be stored on cloud infrastructure.
