Setting up the software was a breeze and I've found it easy to maintain. The team at support department has been incredibly helpful accommodating our customization needs and providing excellent training and support.

Cons

I don't use the program frequently anymore so it's hard for me to give a detailed answer. However it seems that most of our issues have been resolved.

The interconnectedness of all the apps and the visually appealing frontend make the system highly appealing to end users. Additionally the customer service has been top-notch.

The customer service at Isolocity is exceptional. The agents are easily accessible friendly and respond promptly ensuring our workflow is not disrupted. They even check in on us periodically to ensure we're making the most of Isolocitys services and offer suggestions for improvement.

We absolutely love Isolocity for document control equipment maintenance and training.

Inventory control is not crucial for our business but there are other services available that do a better job albeit at a higher cost (5x to 10x).

The ease of accessibility and fillable templates have eliminated the need for paper forms. The software is user friendly and works seamlessly across devices. The ability to assign tasks create implementation plans and receive notifications recorded on reports is a valuable feature.

The CAPA module is a personal favorite. It centralizes all quality and product safety incidents and allows for easy assignment of follow-up tasks to collaborators. This eliminates the need for spreadsheets and the risk of misplacing paper reports. We no longer worry about follow-ups getting lost in emails. It's a significant improvement over our previous system.

Currently document editing cannot be done within Isolocity.

The customizable training forms and dashboards have been incredibly useful in facilitating adoption of Isolocity within our internal team.

I can't think of anything negative. The system is well-built and customizable to our processes so there's very little to complain about.

The software is user-friendly in production offers effective traceability automates training management and provides easy-to-use SOP version control and change control. It already includes features for complaints change control non-conformance OOS and deviations.

The PDF reports are unattractive and difficult to read. The person responsible for implementation should be comfortable with computers. Some features require a multi-step process. For example training on an SOP necessitates creating four different forms (test builder training program document training activity). It would be better if the process was more linear and provided by the software as a walkthrough step by step

Isolocity is excellent for quality management offering various modules that we appreciate. The fact that it is web-based and works with Mac and Android devices is a plus. During our trial we found the storage to be based on pay-per-use and tied to AWS. The form-building capabilities are decent as well.

During the evaluation phase we noticed that several items were still in development. For instance the Gauge R&R and ECO processes were still being worked on. Additionally there was no HR module available.

The software is highly intuitive requiring minimal training from the Isolocity team. It's also incredibly easy to teach my colleagues how to use it. Its simplicity has encouraged my entire team to start using it as they recognize its numerous advantages.

There is room for improvement in different modules such as document control and audits. However the ISolocity team has been in constant communication with our company addressing our doubts questions and feedback. They have shown great interest in our suggestions and have even implemented some of them as they always do
