Pros

Setting up the software was a breeze and I've found it easy to maintain. The team at support department has been incredibly helpful accommodating our customization needs and providing excellent training and support.

Cons

I don't use the program frequently anymore so it's hard for me to give a detailed answer. However it seems that most of our issues have been resolved.

The interconnectedness of all the apps and the visually appealing frontend make the system highly appealing to end users. Additionally the customer service has been top-notch.

So far I haven't encountered any problems and I'm satisfied with the system.

The software offers an impressive array of features at an affordable price. It's incredibly user friendly and intuitive to navigate.

Personally it took me some time to understand certain features and how they work. The document review system is currently not functioning.

Simplistic aesthetics limited access for low-level users and improved access restrictions.

It's important to note that accessing higher levels of the program comes at a higher cost per user.

Pros

Isolocity effectively handles project change management and provides excellent storage for employee data and contract information. The system's secure data access permission management and functional workflow management capabilities are noteworthy.

The documentation package is powerful and flexible and the navigation is easy. I've never experienced any issues while using the product.

It has all the necessary features for our company's size and the pricing is fair. The quality management system (QMS) is user-friendly and the customer service is excellent providing fast turnaround times.

I've noticed that some modules like NCs CAPA and change control options are not customizable and there have been occasional glitches.

The customer service at Isolocity is exceptional. The agents are easily accessible friendly and respond promptly ensuring our workflow is not disrupted. They even check in on us periodically to ensure we're making the most of Isolocitys services and offer suggestions for improvement.

Initially some features weren't user-friendly but like most software they became usable after training

Pros

We absolutely love Isolocity for document control equipment maintenance and training.

Cons

Inventory control is not crucial for our business but there are other services available that do a better job albeit at a higher cost (5x to 10x).

ISO - Record keeping made easy and simple

Pros

The ease of accessibility and fillable templates have eliminated the need for paper forms. The software is user friendly and works seamlessly across devices. The ability to assign tasks create implementation plans and receive notifications recorded on reports is a valuable feature.

Cons

It would be beneficial if all users had access to view all reports

QMS Monitoring Made Easy

Pros

The CAPA module is a personal favorite. It centralizes all quality and product safety incidents and allows for easy assignment of follow-up tasks to collaborators. This eliminates the need for spreadsheets and the risk of misplacing paper reports. We no longer worry about follow-ups getting lost in emails. It's a significant improvement over our previous system.

Cons

Currently document editing cannot be done within Isolocity.
