Lantek MES Manager Features
Lantek MES Manager groups parts using criteria such as machine, material, thickness, delivery date, sales order, and customer to present an optimized view of work in the shop. It displays real-time status per part or order with graphical indicators for stand-by, nesting, under production and finished.
The software optimizes the launching of orders and generation of ‘CAD’ jobs by analysing machine load and production requirements. It considers planned management requirements or geometry imported from ‘DWG’ to schedule work and reduce idle time.
The system monitors volume of work and manages completed operations while optimizing resources such as employees, machines and subcontracting centers. It enables material reservations from the office and prioritization of jobs to meet delivery needs.
The platform performs comparisons between estimated costs and actual costs for selected manufacturing orders to evaluate order performance. It maintains manufacturing history records and enables continuous update of cost data and industry cost capture.
