This data feeds back into the Manufacturing Control Center, enabling managers to track job progress, monitor idle employees or operations, and optimize workforce efficiency and productivity.
The software allows users to define manufactured items with a multi-level bill of materials and a list of operations with setup and process times. Every manufactured item retains a historical record of materials and operations, enabling tracking of revisions, ensuring consistency, and supporting quality management and continuous improvement efforts.
The platform generates accurate quotes by applying up to five markup categories to multi-level bills of materials and operations. It calculates multiple quantity breaks and allows users to email quotes directly from the system. This streamlines pricing, reduces errors, and accelerates the sales cycle for manufacturers.
