Multi-DNC Features
This feature networks all CNC machines for two-way communication. It supports uploading, downloading, and drip-feeding (Direct DNC) files to machines using either wired (Ethernet, RS-232) or wireless network options.
Edit, view, and manage CNC files offline while production continues online. This integrated tool allows programmers to validate G-code toolpaths by backplotting them, helping to catch errors before they reach the machine.
This feature eliminates the need for operators to walk between their machine and a PC. It allows CNC operators to pull programs, offsets, and other files directly into their machines from the CNC control's CRT.
Automatically compares an original CNC program sent to a machine with a changed file sent back from the control. This provides essential revision control and ensures program integrity has been maintained.
In case of tool breakage or other interruptions, this allows operators to safely restart a program from any point in the file. It provides multiple restart methods to give operators flexibility and save time.
