NCSIMUL 4CAM is a cloud-based manufacturing platform that generates and adapts ‘CNC’ machine programs from existing ‘CAM’ toolpaths or native ‘NC’ code while verifying kinematics, collisions and cutting conditions against the target machine. It reuses ‘APT’ or G-code, recalculates machine-sequence connections, and automatically optimizes feed and rapid motions to reduce cycle time. The platform also produces technical ‘CNC’ documents and simulation outputs for review and shop-floor collaboration, enabling safe transfer of programs between differing machine kinematics.
