Pros
For our shop, keeping tools, gauges and fixtures organized has been the biggest benefit of using Predator Tracker. It also records actual clock-in and clock-out times and the consumption rate tracking is very helpful as well.
Cons
I haven't really run into any downsides with this software. The quality is strong, the engineering keeps improving, they stay committed to their customers and the customer service is outstanding.
