Great eQMS solution for a medical device company!
Pros

Propel lets us digitize our Change Control and training processes which used to be the most tedious aspects of our Quality Management System when we relied on paper. The functions and features were generally simple.

Cons

Generating reports and obtaining basic metrics was more difficult than I had expected.

Propel is Great!
Pros

Propel is an excellent product. I really like how simple it is to use, the BOM layout, the ECO process and its flexibility. The Customer Success team is AMAZING! They consistently go the extra mile to assist us whenever we need it.

Cons

BOM export process could use some improvement and having Revisions on BOMs is essential yet Propel does not offer that feature.

Frustrating e-sign off process
Pros

I like the control options and versioning tools available for various business needs.

Cons

Many users struggle with the sign off process. It leads to frustration, lockouts, delayed training and a lack of compliance as users eventually give up and stop trying.

needs some improvements
Pros

I love how adaptable the system is and the Propel support team is very responsive.

Cons

Searching can be challenging. Our users often struggle to find what they need using the global search. For instance searching by file name keywords does not consistently bring up the correct documents.

Propel has helped us with change,
Pros

You can customize it to fit your needs and its accessible for newcomers.

Cons

I wish it was easier to adjust the system or if they offered more pre built features that medical device companies could use instead of needing so much customization.

Propel is a must have for Product Development teams!
Pros

In my 10+ years of Product Development, this is the most adaptable PLM platform I have ever used and the level of support is unmatched, thanks to Propels highly responsive team. They worked with us to design and tailor our Propel setup according to our needs which covers everything from finished goods and BOM management to engineering change orders, revision control, quality standards, supplier access, email notifications and more.

Cons

We had to get an additional subscription/license with Salesforce due to the significant cloud storage needs of our organization.

Propel for Medical Device Company
Pros

Propel is simple to navigate and has a sleek modern design. But above all it delivers results.

Cons

Setting it up in the start was a bit difficult. It takes time to learn all the backend functions that control what users see on the front end.

Propel is great
Pros

Since we switched to Propel our users have never been more satisfied. Every day they are coming up with ways to add new apps or update the existing ones. Instead of complaining about outdated systems, they are excited to shape our custom solution.

Cons

Getting used to what is specific to Propel versus what is native to Salesforce takes some time.

Propel will LAUNCH You Forward in Your Workplace
Pros

Propel truly lives up to its name accelerating your work by organizing everything in one system. It offers easy access to design reviews, change order management and integrates seamlessly with Salesforce which is especially helpful if your company uses it.

Cons

It does depend somewhat on Salesforce and while it can maximize tools it requires some training to fully understand.
