“Accurate process monitoring
Pros
One of the most useful parts of it is being able to track runtime execution down to the line level. The automatic sensors also help a lot because they notify us whenever something happens. On top of that, the sensor counts SCW gathers are really valuable when reviewing products individually and figuring out which ones are more likely to generate higher in-process waste.
Cons
The downside for me is more on the internal side. A lot of information still has to be corrected at the end of the week and those changes affect the data so it does not always feel 100% accurate.
