company-wide updates and downtime savings

Pros

Getting real-time information across the company has been a big advantage for us. The ability to broadcast updates company-wide is incredibly useful and the analytics reports you can build around specific meeting types add even more value. We've also been able to highlight cost savings and pricing improvements by using downtime analysis by SKU which has helped reduce overtime and control spending in most areas.

Cons

My only real complaint is that we can't manage downtime reasons ourselves by adding or removing them as needed. In some cases, our downtime reason codes get far too detailed, while in others they end up being too broad. Outside of that, Shoplogix has worked really well for us.

Live production data access

Pros

It has completely changed the way our team monitors production, giving us live data exactly when we need it.

Cons

Every now and then the network drops for a few seconds and the time zone setting is incorrect. I'd like the dashboard time zones to be fixed.

real-time shopfloor insights

Pros

Having live data from the shopfloor and machines has been really valuable and the analytics side is just as useful since we can review monthly trends, spot issues and figure out where improvements are needed.

Cons

One thing that slows us down is trying to locate a job we've run before because there isn't a search function to pull it up quickly.
