fantastic team support

Pros

After a long search for a software platform that was both Australian-based and properly supported, Supply'd turned out to be exactly what we needed. The team has been fantastic to work with and really accommodating when it came to all of our requirements.

Cons

Switching systems is never simple especially when you're used to doing things the old way. We also needed stronger reporting and analysis features at first but that has since been addressed and it's clear the team is committed to making the system work well for all users.

all-in-one ordering platform

Pros

One of the biggest advantages of Supply is that it serves both customers and suppliers really well. Customers can place orders for multiple brands through the same platform, while suppliers can handle orders, production and related workflows all in one complete system. It also removes the need for manual entry or transferring data between tools.

Cons

The reporting is still fairly basic and we ended up creating our own add-on to support production planning around market demand. That said it feels like this area will likely get better as the software continues to develop.
