“Great fit for manufacturing”
Pros
Switching our manufacturing and quality control workflow to digital work orders has been a huge improvement. We no longer have to deal with paper travelers or depend on Google Sheets to keep everything moving. It handles both high-volume manufacturing and simpler R&D work really well and the biggest advantage is how customizable and adaptable it is across different industries.
Cons
The biggest challenge was the amount of time needed to get up to speed on the new system especially for a smaller company with a limited development team.

It has done a good job helping us manage our process steps and maintain traceability across a lot of our products. The TME web services also made it possible for us to automate part of our process tracking through our own custom tools and applications.
Cons
One area that could definitely be better is the performance when handling large transactions in TME.
