Responsive setup support

Pros

Right from the beginning, the customer support has been outstanding. Every time I reach out with a question, I get a quick and accurate response. Whenever we ran into software issues or needed additional add-on features, those were handled fairly fast as well. In the early stages, all of our routes, operations, recipes and other details were organized in spreadsheets and Ian, the system architect, imported that information into I-Track for us which saved us a lot of time.

Cons

There are still a few parts of the system that could be a little more user-friendly. One area that stands out is data entry, where different data types like parametric, general and date have to be placed into their matching columns.

quick issue resolution

Pros

Whenever we run into an issue their customer support has been outstanding. Small bugs usually get a response within a day and when it comes to bigger requests like new features or custom reports tailored to our needs, they've been very responsive and willing to help.

Cons

The SPC data collection and charting features are still somewhat limited. They've partnered with us to make improvements but the interface continues to feel a bit clunky.
