Broken search causes duplicates

Pros

For our organization, the workflow is well designed and offers a lot of flexibility so it can be adapted to match the way many organizations are structured.

Cons

Search section os this software is the biggest issue in it. It's honestly terrible. If a company is entered as "Rush-Powder," searching for just "Rush" or "Powder" won't find it at all you have to enter the full exact term "Rush-Powder." If you don't know there's a hyphen in the name, you're basically stuck and may end up creating a duplicate company. The same problem shows up throughout the system. If you want to find job 46582, you can't just search "46582" because it expects "job46582" exactly which means partial word searches don't work properly. On top of that, if you create a new customer as "Rush Powder" and spend 20 minutes building out a quote, then later discover the customer already exists under the hyphenated version, changing the customer wipes everything out. That means re-entering the entire quote from scratch under the original record.

simple workflow management

Pros

The software is really easy to work with and the interface feels clear and simple when it comes to managing the workflow.

Cons

Whenever problems came up, getting support from the developers was difficult and slow. Issues with tax rate calculations took a long time to resolve and our team had to spend extra time fixing them manually. There also seem to be service outages fairly often, with some being minor and others more serious.

Pros

Their team team had us onboarded, set up, trained and fully up and running within a single day which was really impressive.

Cons

One thing that threw me off was the invoice review screen it looks like the customer reviewed the invoice which confused me at first. Also, the automatic emails sent to customers seem to be getting flagged as spam.
