WORKNC Features
This toolpath viewer module empowers machine operators on the shop floor. It allows them to securely load, analyze, and simulate CAM programs before running them on the mill. This pre-execution verification helps prevent costly errors, tool breakages, or machine collisions.
The Shop Floor Editor gives operators the ability to post pre-programmed jobs directly at the machine. This module facilitates a controlled workflow where programmers centralize toolpath creation, while operators on the floor manage the execution and posting of validated programs.
This module provides comprehensive 2D curve machining functions. It is designed for machining based on independent 2D entities or curves extracted from 3D models. This functionality is ideal for tasks like drilling, engraving, and 2.5-axis pocketing and profiling.
Moving beyond traditional CNC machines, the WORKNC Robot module offers robust toolpath simulation and editing for robotic applications. It enables the control and programming of all types of robots, allowing manufacturers to use them for milling, deburring, and finishing complex parts.
This module enhances productivity by allowing a user to calculate up to four complex toolpaths simultaneously within each workzone. This significantly reduces the bottleneck of calculation time, getting programs to the machine faster, and increasing overall programming throughput.
