“Great tool”
Pros
The software is fairly intuitive. Doesn’t take much time to learn and is easy to teach as well. We use this software mainly for lead generation, creating email campaigns as well as client communication.
Cons
Once in a while, I do notice a few glitches in the layout. The preview pane shows the look which is different than that in the test send.

“User-friendly tool.”
Pros
The tool is extremely user-friendly. It is easy to navigate through, and learn ways of creating email campaigns, forms, landing pages etc. It has been 2 years since we started using Act-on, and our overall experience with it has been great. The customer service team is great as well.
Cons
Not something negative, but it would be great if they could add different ways of creating custom templates within the program.

Pros
Absolutely love how user-friendly it is, all over. You can easily navigate through the whole system, without requiring any proper training or tech experience. creating email campaigns, landing pages, and forms, etc. is really easy as they offer you helpful tips to utilize the features to make the best of them.
Cons
it would be nice to have some different ways to create more custom templates within the program. Other than that, there are no cons to Act-On.

Pros
This tool is great, and our experience with it has been great as well. We’ve been able to gain marketing insights, generate leads, and develop automated programs. The templates are easy to use and create. Everything works great on the user level as well as the administrator level. Easy to create emails, list segments, score leads and integrate all the work. It is a great marketing tool.
Cons
I’d say the price, as this tool lacks some of the marketing resources. It is also unable to schedule integrating segment runs. This basically caused problems with some of our marketing aspects.

“Syncs well”
Pros
This software is a great alternative. It does a lot of tasks and is great for most. Creating emails, forms, landing pages, campaigns etc is quite easy. It syncs easily and works really well with Salesforce. There aren’t any issues that I’ve noticed with the integration.
Cons
The emails aren’t in a drag and drop format, but they’re in a modular form. The forms are not dynamic either. This software is good, but it is not as comprehensive as many other marketing platforms.

Pros
We basically needed a product that could be used to segment things and to reach out to our customers with the product lines we offer. It gives a proper customer service analytics etc. It is quite simple and easy to use. It is easy to manage all the email marketing tasks. We are able to automate emails as well, especially for the varied customer base that we have. The social media feature is great for us as well. With act-on we have been getting really amazing results so far.
Cons
If we could personalise it more according to our sales force’s requirements, as they know how they would like the system to have a proper customer track and their responding.

Pros
This tool helps us track all our visitors, the sign-in and the anonymous ones. Being part of the sales and marketing team, this tool is highly appreciated by us. It has helped us make things better for our company and the way we market things. The customer support is fantastic. The tool also lets you automate your workflow, making it smooth.
Cons
Before starting off with this product, one should actually get trained on it otherwise it is common to make mistakes and set wrong algorithms. It is also recommended to monitor this tool regularly, as we’ve noticed that it changes its settings automatically without any kind of a notification for it.

“Not good at all!”
Pros
It has a lot of features and can be integrated with many other software products. We used it as an alternative. I must say that their sales department is doing a great job of selling this product.
Cons
All we had was trouble. From day 1 it has been quite problematic for us. Issues were very random like disconnection, which took hours to get repaired. The emails we sent went to spam folders. The customer service isn’t that great, as it always took hours just to explain our problem to them.

This tool is quite extensive and automates all the workflows related to social media marketing and all other marketing tools as well. It has 8 automates program templates that can also be customized. To use this tool, it is not necessary to have any coding knowledge. It is easy to drag and drop to create things. It keeps track of all the sales and marketing things.
Cons
The product is way too priced. They offer a lot of features but the best features that are needed are available at the expensive tier of the product.

Pros
Overall, it’s been a good experience with it. I just started using this tool and took over the software from a former employee. It is easy to use. It’s not been long since I started using it so, I don’t have much to say about it.
Cons
I am still in the learning process, but I do think that they might have a lot. I also think they don’t have an image editor, so we’re unable to edit images once we upload them.
