“Marketing made easier”
Pros
Handling agreement documents online has been much better with this application. The PDF and e-signature features help me get through admin work efficiently and with less hassle. It aligns the whole process which gives me more time to assist additional clients. I also use this tool regularly for campaigns since it lets me build marketing brochures and newsletters that match the right audience and lead to better customer engagement. Having email, ads and campaign brochures managed in one place is really convenient. The templates and built-in content also look polished and are well suited for businesses and professional use.
Cons
Price is on the higher side but considering the quality of the digital content, I still see it as a worthwhile investment. There are free marketing tools available but when you compare the results, this software has a better chance of helping attract more clients to a business.

“Easy campaign setup”
Pros
Setting up campaigns turned out to be much more easy than I expected, with clear step-by-step guidance throughout. Keeping an eye on the numbers is simple, the automation features are a big advantage and it works well alongside other IT software.
Cons
The interface does have a learning curve at first. It also isn't the strongest campaign management option for smaller businesses although it still handled the job well enough.

“Helpful for marketing teams”
Pros
It has been a highly effective tool for our marketing department. As the Director of Marketing, I'm the one responsible for introducing software to the team that can actually reduce our workload and support our goals and this has done exactly that while bringing real value to our marketing efforts.
Cons
After using this tool for two years, it's honestly difficult to point out any real issues because it has been so beneficial for our team overall.

“Strong CRM integration”
Pros
Using it gave me the chance to build really strong campaigns. The integration with CRM software works excellently and being able to attach multiple documents at the same time is very useful.
Cons
Great tool but the downside was that figuring out how to use the software to its full potential took a lot of time since I had to go through quite a bit of training material on YouTube.

“Complete marketing workspace”
Pros
This platform covers pretty much the whole marketing system in one place, content management, a certain level of automation, email campaigns, CRM and more. The overall setup feels comparable to Salesforce, with many of the same strengths and trade-offs.
Cons
The downside is the cost. It's expensive not just on the monthly subscription side but also when it comes to implementation and especially, integrations. Customization pushes the price even higher so it's really not a good fit for smaller businesses.

“needs better stability”
Pros
I really like this platform. It covers pretty much everything a filmmaker would need.
Cons
One recurring problem though not entirely this software's fault, is stability during projects. Nvidia GPU driver crashes tend to happen regularly and that usually means having to reboot the computer.

“Easy to learn”
Pros
Getting started and training people on it is easy and I really enjoy the analytics features as well.
Cons
Customer support can feel a bit unreliable at times although the implementation team was helpful. Also, pretty much everything comes at an added cost which is to be expected with a well-established company of this size.

“Well-rounded marketing tool”
Pros
It comes with a wide variety of services and products and overall it's a really great tool for creating email campaigns without much hassle. The interface is well designed, the application is simple to use and there's a strong set of features and tools included.
Cons
There are already a lot of options available but I still feel it could use a few more standout features.

“Simple campaign planning”
Pros
The design looks polished and the interface is very clear so choosing the actions you want feels easy. The biggest advantage to me is how precise you can be with your preferences before you even launch the actual campaign.
Cons
The downside is that you're definitely paying a premium, partly because of the name behind "Campaign." It's a strong program but there are other options out there that can handle the same job for a much lower price.

“Quick to get started”
Pros
Getting started with this software took very little time. It comes with plenty of free templates in the App Store and there are lots of tutorials available both on YouTube and from the company itself. It's basically simple to load up and start using right away.
Cons
Pricing may be a barrier for smaller businesses so it really depends on what you need from it. If you're not planning to learn and use most of the features, a lower-cost alternative might make more sense.

“Steep learning curve”
Pros
There are a ton of features and plenty of ways to reach customers and give them what they need. Once you finally get comfortable navigating the app, it feels fantastic because you can set things up once and then just hit send.
Cons
Getting familiar with the software takes a lot of time and I had to watch quite a few YouTube tutorials to figure things out. That can really slow the process down and sometimes I had to go back and rewatch videos more than once just to understand it.

“Better customer insights”
Pros
Having every client touchpoint visible across all channels on a single screen makes a big difference. It helps automate campaigns and mailings in a much more organized and structured way. The audience data connectors are also very useful. On top of that, the system feels simple and user-friendly to work with.
Cons
Although it already feels very complete, adding synchronization with social networks would make it even better. That would help reach a broader audience and extend the product's benefits to more people.

“Easy workflow setup”
Pros
Setting up workflows for running marketing campaigns is easy and it's helpful to have a clear view of the entire flow. Managing cohorts and making edits whenever needed is also very convenient.
Cons
It does require some more advanced user knowledge to get the most out of the software and things can become a bit messy at times if issues aren't easy to troubleshoot.

“Simple document handling”
Pros
Handling new-hire paperwork with e-sign has been really convenient and the software is simple to work with. It lets me attach several documents at once and even larger files go out in just seconds. I can keep multiple templates saved in the library and the Mega Sign feature makes it possible to send documents to several people at the same time.
Cons
Dashboard is a bit complicated because it tries to showcase all of the product's features on one page.

“Complete marketing suite”
Pros
This platform offers a complete marketing suite with plenty of customization especially for teams already invested in the IT company ecosystem. It works across multiple devices and operating systems, including Linux, Mac, PC and web and it connects well with other tools in the IT suite.

Pros
Handling marketing analytics and data management with this tool has been a very convenient process. We've been really pleased with the level of insight and data visibility this platform gives us.

“Clear marketing insights”
Pros
Among all the analytics tools I've used, this one stands out as the best on the market. The dashboard makes it simple to manage and automate company emails, ads and implementation campaigns all in one place. It also gives quick access to follower and audience profiles and the analytics are presented in a way that's clear, user-friendly and easy to understand.
Cons
Anyone coming from free analytics tools might hesitate when it comes to paying for this software. There's also a bit of a learning curve at the start since you need to spend some time getting familiar with the platform to really take advantage of all its added features and benefits.
