“Easy for beginners”
Pros
Getting started with this platform was easy even as a first-time user. Whenever I'm unsure how to do something, a quick Google search points me in the right direction and that has worked every single time.
Cons
Honestly, I don't really have any complaints. It handles everything I need and most of the time I can figure things out on my own without much trouble.

“Analytics made simple”
Pros
Analytics is where this product really shines. It's easy to use and if anything feels confusing at first, their support team is ready to help. Google is also a reliable resource when you need extra guidance.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve with this product but aside from that, it works really well and offers a lot of useful functionality.

“Complete marketing solution”
Pros
It delivers excellent analytics and reporting, along with strong email and social media marketing capabilities. It is also very useful for search engine optimization, website development and improving website landing pages. Overall, it stands out as one of the best marketing tools available.
Cons
This software is not free so it does require payment. It can also be quite complicated to work with at times. Compared to it, I find Google Analytics a bit more user-friendly.

“Easy data tracking”
Pros
This platform gives you all the tools needed to track analytics across every marketing channel. Pulling the data out is easy and it's presented in a way that makes it simple to understand and work with.
Cons
A lot of similar data can be accessed through Google Analytics at no cost but this product is clearly built for businesses handling larger volumes of data which explains the higher price.

“Modern and capable”
Pros
Right away, the UX feels like what you'd expect from a polished IT product. The interface is sleek, attractive and easy to use while still being enjoyable to get familiar with. It covers a wide range of core marketing needs, from analytics to campaign management and it also adds plenty of valuable extras like a mobile app, customization and personalization features, plus integrations with other products that are genuinely invaluable.
Cons
Pricing is definitely on the high side but with the brand reputation and the level of functionality included, that isn't really surprising. It's certainly not the best fit for smaller marketing departments and the huge number of features can feel overwhelming at first which may put some users off.

“Feature-rich platform”
Pros
I'm a big fan of IT software and this one definitely lives up to expectations. The range of features and capabilities feels almost endless and I honestly can't say enough positive things about it. This platform is especially excellent for email tracking and supporting marketing campaigns.
Cons
The one downside with this software and honestly with most IT software, is how difficult it can be to reach customer service compared with some smaller software companies.

“Flexible automation”
Pros
The amount of detail we can build into our workflows has made a big difference for our team. We have a lot more flexibility now in deciding how automated campaigns are set up, run and triggered.
Cons
Coming from a platform with a more user-friendly interface, the learning curve felt much steeper. It can also be pretty buggy at times.

“Better campaign control”
Pros
Running advertising campaigns across channels has been much more manageable with this platform. It lets me create, launch and monitor campaigns while also sending messages and private messages using newer profile options based on audience preferences and needs. One of the biggest benefits is being able to safely choose the right audience so the message reaches the people it's intended for. On top of that, it includes operational reports that help track campaign impact and guide how the strategy should be adjusted.
Cons
Honestly, I have not run into any real downsides with this program. I have used it for quite a while and each new version has been better than the last. It has been an excellent tool for managing marketing efforts.

“Hard to find features”
Pros
Being able to merge files into PDFs and use the form-building feature has been really helpful. In an academic environment, there's a constant need for all kinds of forms and this tool lets me put them together fast.
Cons
At the same time, the features for creating different types of documents aren't always easy to locate. I ended up doing quite a few Google searches just to figure out where things were and how to use what I needed.

“Access from anywhere”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages for me is being able to access my files from any computer. It's incredibly important when work keeps me moving from place to place all the time.
Cons
It does cost a little more than I think it should and there are times when it runs a bit slowly but overall the convenience of using it from practically anywhere matters more than those downsides.

“Reliable analytics”
Pros
Honestly, I'm not sure where our company would be without AMC. The analytics turned out to be far more dependable than Google Analytics and the other platforms we tested.
Cons
Getting started takes a lot of effort from a reporting and analytics standpoint and it also requires ongoing maintenance and a learning curve. But once the team got fully comfortable with it, we never looked back.

“Needs better documentation”
Pros
As a real development platform, it can be incredibly capable for highly tailored solutions especially when the right hardware is selected for on-premise deployments. The data model is also very flexible which gives it an advantage over several of Campaign's direct competitors.
Cons
There are quite a few bugs and the lack of great documentation and tutorials makes it hard for users to accomplish the results we ultimately need.

“Built for scale”
Pros
It handles large-scale performance very well and the massive ecosystem of implementation partners plus integration technology makes it possible to support very complex requirements.
Cons
Downside is that it's expensive and fairly complicated to implement. If the setup isn't done properly, it can seriously hurt author productivity although that usually comes down more to the implementation approach than the platform itself.

“Multi-channel marketing”
Pros
Being able to reach multiple channels from one platform instead of juggling several tools is a huge plus. It lets us build complex campaigns for our clients without much hassle and that makes us look like heroes in their eyes.
Cons

Pros

“Simple and secure”
Pros
Security encryption and how easy it is to use really stood out to me. Everyone else was having trouble understanding how to work with it but I was able to get it set up correctly without much confusion.
Cons
Honestly, I don't really have any complaints. It handles my encrypted messages in the office very well, the setup worked out fine and there were no hidden clauses.

“Organized marketing”
Pros
This platform offers a really strong set of features for email campaigns and marketing to our audience. Once your contact database starts growing, it can get difficult to keep everything organized but this software handles that really well. It does an excellent job of keeping information structured making data sharing simple and covering pretty much all of a company's marketing needs.
Cons
At first, the program can feel a little overwhelming simply because it includes so many features and options.

“Connected content tools”
Pros
It has been really useful for building, customizing and tracking content across different marketing channels. It lets you personalize each piece of content and since everything lives in one place, all the tools work together and stay well connected.
Cons
One small frustration is that the programs usually take around 10 to 20 seconds to open. My computer is new so I do not think it is a device issue but when I need to create or check something quickly, that delay can feel a bit laggy.

“Real-time marketing”
Pros
Great tool... It finally gives me an email marketing setup that connects all my devices and brings customer data and behavior together so I can send real-time communications that actually feel relevant.
Cons
The only area that seems a bit weak is customer service response time although the good part is that I rarely need to contact them.

“Great for teamwork”
Pros
Right at the top of my list is its strong marketing asset management capability which does a really good job supporting distributors no matter where they are or what device they're working from. The interface feels user-friendly, the features are laid out clearly and it gives marketing teams more room to work creatively. On the whole, it helps keep even very large and varied teams organized by making it easier to sync, share and discuss files while also managing campaigns online.
Cons
Cost is definitely something to weigh. If all you need is basic web analytics, a cheaper or even free option that's more simple would probably make more sense. It's also worth noting that there aren't many professionals who really know the tool well and the learning curve is fairly steep so that should be considered before adopting it. On top of that, the huge amount of customization can leave you with more data than you actually need. Without a clear analytics plan, it's pretty easy to fall into analysis paralysis.
